I went to Jersey mikes last weekend with my mom. After we’d ordered, my mom asked if she could get add ons to her sandwich and I also asked if I could add pickles to mine. After the request was put in, Brian— who was on the grill, was extremely rude and short tempered when he asked if there was anything else that needed to be added to the order. As a first time guest, I was immediately turned off. Our sandwiches weren’t even made yet and I didn’t realize that asking for more would inconvenience him.

I went online and filed a complaint and eventually Erica called me and left a voicemail. She also sent an email. I responded back to both of her attempts to reach me on the same day and I never heard back from her or anyone else regarding this issue. It doesn’t seem as though customer service matters so I’ll continue to take dollars elsewhere.
