Disappointing experience. My husband has been dreaming of KFC for 6 months. He finally went in for an 8 piece meal. Chicken breast was rubbery inside, soggy on the outside. The staff is indifferent. The coleslaw was as expected- good! At $30 + tax we will not be giving them a second chance .

The atmosphere at this specific location seems a little old chairs and tables have a gum underneath them chairs have black stains could be from age/wear and tear fabric is peeling off! When it comes to packaging food properly presentation wise they could use improvements Also when it comes to reading receipts and properly knowing how many of what they need to put into a to go order is something else that need to improve upon. And when it comes to service there’s only a rare few couple that say hello/welcome and the rest give you this why the heck are you here ordering food to us. Overall I give this location a 5 out of 10 stars.

It has been awhile since l had gone to this KFC and was extremely disappointed. First off the staff were indifferent to my simple questions. The chicken was lukewarm , soggy and dry. The mash potatoes and gravy were lukewarm and tasteless. They didn’t have honey for the biscuits and even though l had asked for butter they forgot to put it in the bag. I don’t normally post negative comments but this restaurant will be and should be avoided.

We had to wait about 5 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait! The chicken was really good! I’ve been to other locations where the chicken was terrible. So much so that this was the last time I was going to try KFC. But I will be back to this location only!

I was very disappointed last night. Went to go get a bucket and I asked for “all white meat”. At the very bottom, hidden under the thighs and breasts were 4 wings. I paid for all white meat, and I got a mixture. Quality control seems to be lacking in the food industry. My family experiences this often. Well order food, go pick it up, then discover after getting home that something is missing or changed. Just double check as your getting it ready. It’s easy.

06/17 8:15: That guy at the drive through window was super kind and friendly. Got our order quickly. Lemon cake was great. No complaints except the nasty, disgusting, lightning Mountain Dew: Lemon mango water that the makers at Mountain Dew thought would be fixed if they added sugar to this BROKEN drink. Anyway,… what was I saying?.. Oh yes! The guy who was at the drive through window was everything that KFC management wanted for a customer experience!

I order the same meal, each and every time, which is once a week. I stop at this KFC in RSM. The last two times, I’ve mentioned that the coleslaw is dry, the original recipe tastes like a burnt/ oily dry mess. Bringing my food back, I asked to talk with the manager, who listened, said sorry, made some excuse. NO effort to make things right with fresh food or refund. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE !
