I had a great experience at this Papa Gino’s location! It was fast and friendly service from the start when I called to place an order for pickup. The order was ready in 10-15 minutes and all the staff were very courteous when I went into the store. Specifically, a young lady named Arianna was very kind and helpful. You could tell she cared about providing a highly satisfactory customer experience! The pizza had a lot of flavor and not too greasy either! I love the dough too it’s super doughy! I would highly recommend this Papa Gino’s location it is hands down one of the best around!

My server was Juliana. She was super sweet. She was super understanding and made sure I had everything I needed. She was super positive. Juliana, was our register person. She was awesome, her suggestions were great! She also brought our food right out to our table and also came back to ask us how everything was. At the very end of our dinner experience, she came back and picked all the empty dishes and also came back with box for the leftover pizza. She was AMAZING. Great Customer Service.

The short girl with red hair is truly such a kind and passionate worker. We need more workers like her in this world. Hardworking, so sweet, and the customer service was amazing. She was so helpful and patient with me and my autistic son. She helped talk my autistic son out of a meltdown and the food was great! It is so refreshing to know there’s still young people out there who genuinely enjoy their job and enjoy helping people! keep it up !

Juliana is such a good employee !! She has a big role at this dedham papa gino’s and she is always quick and efficient. she’s always able to resolve issues with anyone’s orders or customer complaints and she works very well in a busy environment. She’s always greeting everyone with smiles and making us feel so comfortable. I’ve been coming to this papa gino’s for a very long time but she is definitely one of the reasons I enjoy dining in so much everyone at this location is amazing !!!

The food is classic real flavor Italian style pizza. Do not let this company die the pizza is great sometimes they have a new employee but please excuse them our labor force for the last couple of years has not been great.
