HARD PASS!!!!
The prices alone are ridiculous even for the airport. It’d be worth it to travel to a different terminal to eat.

The Burger is completely flavorless. I added a ton of ketchup just to give it some flavor. The shoe string fries, if not eaten right away, get cold and hard fast!!! Mine sat in a box for a good 3-4 min before I even got my food so they showed up already cold.

The service here is Meh. The communication from the back to the front is comical. Even with 5-7 boxes of food placed on the counter, the front staff just talk and don’t pay attention to the food that’s up.

There is also very minimal places to sit. It doesn’t help that there are not enough chairs for the amount of table space which doesn’t make any sense.

I had the LAX Burger minus tomatoes and it was a decent burger. As others stated, it is pricey, but that’s to be expected for an airport meal. The French fries were crispy, nice, and hot.

Grabbed a burger and fries on a layover. Was very convenient right next to my arrival gate, and not too busy – easy to find a spot to eat. Service was quick and ordering with the computer was easy. Good burger and a boatload of fries! Would visit again.

Service is a one star. Food is a two star, at best. This place needs customer service training. The expeditor in the back, comes out with orders and instead of just calling out the orders and extending her arms another foot or so, she proceeded to look for the front counter staff (not nowhere the front) so they can yell out the numbers. It was like an episode of some sitcom. To top it off, these were the worst fries I’ve had anywhere.

Very pleasantly surprised with the BBQ Bacon Burgers. It was juicy, not dry, plenty of sauce, crispy bacon, and hit the spot. Just got burgers, no sides, so I can’t report on anything else.

We picked these up during a very short early AM layover while headed to Kauai. I was thankful to find a place serving something other than breakfast food at that early hour, so thumbs up on offering all day burgers. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this may have been the best burger I’ve had in an airport! From skimming the other reviews when I went to write this, it seems my experience may have been unique, but this was our experience so I had to give props.

Sorry I didn’t get a better photo – I didn’t realize it was going to be review worthy until after a couple of bites. Sure, it’s was twice the price that it would have cost outside of an airport, so I’m only comparing this to other airport burgers.

The people working the counter at LAX are way more interested in chatting with their friends than serving customers or making food. I waited over 20min for a simple burger with nobody else waiting. The staff didn’t care, they were too busy chatting and looking at their phone.

The food, unsurprisingly, was pretty terrible too. And it was super expensive!

I came here feeling very excited because I had just received a discount voucher from the airline, but when I ordered, the staff were very rude and dismissive when I used the voucher. I was given the voucher to use, so why did they treat me so badly? I hope future customers using discount vouchers will avoid this place; it’s truly terrible.

Very less seats and expensive burgers and sides. Similar rates to other places in the airport. The food is good quality. Service is very good and the staff is nice.

An overpriced burger at the airport is expected. What isn’t expected is attitude and cold buns. I own a business and I know my employees better not be giving bad vibes to the customers who help keep them employed. A simple thank you would’ve been nice. Nothing special about the burger other than it filled this weary traveler’s hunger. The fries were hot and plentiful.

I don’t get why people are so negative about this establishment. Granted, it was not the best and tastiest burger I have ever had, but definitely it was one of the better ones I had at the airport.

I went for the ‘good old’ burger, instead of making my own. I didn’t pick any side so I got just the burger for $14. Maybe a bit on the pricy side but again, it’s the airport.

The meat itself was on the well done side. I don’t know why, but the person taking the order did not ask me how I want it done.. medium, well… no question, so I decided to see what I get. It was close to being overdone.

Good choice if you want to have a nice burger in terminal 7. I don’t know if there is anything better in the area.
