I recently had the pleasure of dining at, Massimo’s Artisan Sandwich Shoppe, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Walking in, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the establishment. Not just clean—super clean. I noticed that even the baseboards and windowsills sparkled, which is a rarity in many places.
The food was wonderful, beautifully plated with evident care and attention to detail. Each sandwich was not only delicious but also visually appealing, showcasing the quality ingredients used.
Adding to the ambiance, the restaurant had TVs playing serene images of Bora Bora, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The temperature inside was just right, making my meal even more enjoyable.
It seems the shop is owned by someone with European roots, which might explain the high standards of cleanliness and service. To the owner: please keep up the fantastic work! Your commitment to excellence is refreshing, and I hope you don’t succumb to the complacency that can sometimes be found in American dining.

My first time ever visiting Massimo’s Artisan Sandwich Shoppe and WOW… I am beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he truly cares about every single customer who walks through the door.

Ordered a rueben sandwich. Meat didn’t taste like the normal corn beef. Tasted and looked like sliced ham. Maybe the real corn beef is too expensive to buy. Sandwhich was overrated. Anyway, first and last time for me.

September 2020 – we ordered one veggie wrap (Veggie & The Jets) with potato salad (mustard based) and one veggie panini (with pasta salad). Very nice little spot I found on accident. Food was super fresh and delicious. Great customer service even though I stopped by for take out 5 minutes before closing. I didn’t know, but they were nice and accommodating. 4 stars instead of 5 because the sides were a bit bland. Not bad at all though.

Veggie and The Jets Wrap is life!!!! Support local Salisbury businesses. The owner is absolutely awesome! He works right along side of his employees. Very personable. Immediate friend. You just visit, take your friends for a great food experience.
