A classic Italian family pizza spot that is clearly doing something right.
I ordered a half cheese, half peppers and onions large pizza for a family birthday and it came out smelling exactly like the pizza my mom used to make when we were kids.
Everyone who works there clearly has decades of history between them, communicating in quick glances, jokes about family members, and sharing a warmth that you can only get in a place that is doing something well. Definitely want to try more of their specialty menu at some point and will be back for more.

This is the kind of place you keep coming back because you have to try everything on the menu. This is my first time and I got the steak bomber. Hands down, best steak bomber I’ve ever had. Chocked FULL of meat that was so tender and full of flavor. Definitely worth the price. And the service here was so nice. A woman took my order and she was so friendly. The world needs more places like this. Definitely coming back.

A Symphony for the Mouth. The perfect pizza. The best pizza in Rochester. Pizzaiolo and boss Jerry makes culinary works of art the rest of us call “pizzas.” I’ve eaten pizza all over Rochester and hands down La Famiglia is our favorite place to go for pizza…pizza mervigliosa.
The thin crust is crispy on the bottom and chewy on the top. The sauce is not overly seasoned nor salty, and you can taste tomato rather than oregano or some other additive. Lots of toppings. Everything just plain works together.

Best thin crust pizza and buffalo wings. Jerry knows exactly how we like our pizza and wings and he always gets it right. Never disappoints. Always perfection! Eggplant sub or parm dinner is also excellent. Anything you order on menu is delicious. One of our favorite places to go.

Been coming here for years with my family, tonight I made the mistake of ordering a pizza and wanting to pay for it ahead of time since someone else is picking up and they had the audacity to say they would charge me $3 more to take payment over the phone. The excuse is the girl gave is “they spend an extra minute taking your card and it’s busy” so what? they think they should get $3 tip? That’s YOUR JOB. Answer phones, take orders, cash people out. Insane and honestly terrible and shame on you that you would extort your customers to take payment via phone. Note: I did call at 4:45 which was an HOUR AND A HALF before pick up and before dinner rush… just lazy and a money grab. It’s already over $20 for a medium pizza, and you wanna squeeze every penny you can out of your customers huh?

We’ve had their pizza, and it has always been really good. Tonight, we decided to try the fish fry. I have to say it may be the best one we’ve ever had. Asked for the fish and fires to be well done, and it was cooled to perfection. Absolutely delicious! The coleslaw was amazing as well. Can’t wait to have this again! Highly highly highly recommended!!!

My boyfriend introduced me to this place earlier this year. Since then no wings have matched up. I’m constantly recommending La Famiglia to all of my friends. Their wings and pizza are to die for. Will keep coming back every few weeks for the rest of my life.
