Unbelievable. Our server spent more time in the back than waiting on her tables. She was friendly but we waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Took our whole order as we had known from the jump what we were gonna get. Lost her after that… here come our salads with no drinks. The nice lady that brought the salad was shocked and brought the drinks. Drinks get there then here’s our food…. she came back after drinks empty, steak overcooked (she never checked back) after SOMEONE else brought the steaks… asked for ckeck..
I get busy nights but, damn, Spend more time out front let guest know the kitchen is crashing but I will do my best.. COMUNICATE!!! Also, if you pass a table even if it not your table, check on them!!! I hope this place does not crash and go to crsp like Milly Longhorn.

First time visiting since they opened about 10 months ago. It is very nice with the typical Longhorn decor. It is in a prime location (off of I-20) and close to Lake Oconee. There was a small wait because of staffing issues. But our server, Lyrica, once seated, did her best to make our experience worthwhile. Our drinks were good and the food was delicious. Everything was as ordered and came out in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back!!

The worst experience we have ever had! The food poisoned me and my husband! First time in this area , traveled from NC. On october 25th we ordered NY strip and ribeye steaks, cooked medium, with salads. My NY strip was absolutely raw! As it was dark inside the restaurant I ate some of it and it was extremely chewy and then I realized it wasn’t even cooked, it looked like it was placed on grill half frozen – the color of the steak was purple! My husband’s steaks was extremely chewy as well and he asked our waitress if anything can be done about that. Her only suggestion was to cook it more, which was a joke honestly, because it will obviously not change the chewiness of the meat. Normally good restaurants offer you to change the steak but here they did not even bother. Very bad , extremely poor service! It’s been 3rd day and I’m still having all the symptoms from poisoning from this awful place and my husband has it as well. Salads didn’t look good either, yellow and dark spots on leaves. We spent >$100 and it was absolutely disgusting! Avoid this place if you don’t want to suffer from poisoning yourself. Overpriced for trash food and extremely poor service! I took the meat “to go” to feed it to animals outside. You can see the picture how bad it looks. Avoid this place at all costs!

The burger with fries was great! The fried shrimp was fantastic! The salad was great except before making that salad they need to pull the lettuce before serving, I personally don’t like green lettuce that’s turned brown! How about you?

Been waiting on an appetizer for 45 minutes at the bar. The bartender is having to do to go orders also. They say the kitchen is backed up however, there is nobody in the actual restaurant. Probably won’t be back to this location. It seems they need a management shake up.

The food was absolutely delicious and well done. We were greeted almost immediately and sat at our table, although it did take a while for someone to approach and take our order (20 minutes).
However, the food did arrive rather quickly and our party were all satisfied with their meals.

We came into Longhorns Greensboro, Ga had find someone to seat us. She showed up and had to clean a table. We sat and waited 20 minutes for our server to come after I asked the hostess to find us a server. We waited another hour and 20 minutes for hour steak come out. The service was LAX and horrible. Management should have come out to touch the table and explain. DO BETTER
