Food is good just really have one issue that makes the 2 stars, the nasty orange salt they cover the fries in making them un-edible because you taste nothing but pure salt. That should be something you ask to be added, not automatically addd to all fries.

I really need Jack’s to do better about ensuring they have adequate staff. My husband just brought me a grilled chicken sandwich and explained it took a long time because they were short staffed. When you are open without adequate staff, mistakes and oversights happen. So while it would be easy to blame the poor worker. I blame the lack of management ensuring quality workers. I took one bite of my chicken sandwich and swallowed. I looked down to see that I was biting into raw chicken. I am really hoping my holidays arent ruined from getting sick from salmonella.

Went to Jack’s to get breakfast this morning. Normally I get the chicken biscuit, sausagebiscuit for my son, and hashbrowns, but today I decided to get the deluxe platter with sausage. I told her no grits with the platter because I don’t like them. Got home, and this is how they gave the platter to me. Two separate containers, grits and gravy all over the place. I had a negative experience two weeks ago in the morning because I looked at my bank statement and the cashier had charged me twice. She had ran my card and forgot to charge me hashbrowns (chicken biscuit and sausage biscuit only, which was $6.19) so she ran it again (chicken biscuit, sausage biscuit, and hashbrowns- $8.47). I specifically asked her if it was gonna charge my card twice and she said it wouldn’t. I have the proof on my statement on my phone, but never bothered to call the store because she didn’t even give me a receipt. I’m probably going to start going to Hardee’s, because at the very least, they put the gravy in a separate container to avoid spillage.

It shouldn’t take 15 minutes in the store for someone to take your order. With a manager and assistant manager there, I heard many people say they thought at least one should’ve helped the lady working the register this morning. I understand it’s morning rush, but the teamwork just wasn’t there which is super disappointing because this location usually handles it great.

Wasn’t given all of food. Food extremely cold I could eat the burger it tasted like wet dog smells and wasn’t given the chicken fingers that comes with the cheese burger chicken finger meal paid for sauce given the wrong sauce and no one will answer the phone message keeps coming up

Put in an online order, (family bundle) got home. Unfortunately, the sides were not big enough to feed even a family of 4. So I called the restaurant. The manager I spoke to was very kind and was sorry about the sides not being full to the standards and was willing to make the entire order all over again for the wait, though we had problems the first go round, they did a great job making up for it.

normally great serice, but last time order took long time and an employee stopped emptying the trash cans to hyelp get food ready, never washed hands and other employee didnt care…with no gloves even.. I had to remind him afterward to wash.. then he went back to trash cans

Worst catfish dinner ever. Tiny little chunks of breading with a bit of fish inside, overcooked and chewy. Just awful. They were out of hush puppies, so they substituted a biscuit. Promised honey for the biscuit, didn’t get any, so we improvised at home with jam. The fries were ok. We called and Tammy, the manager on duty, refunded our money. But if we ever visit a Jack’s again, we will never get anything but burgers.
