One of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited and I’ve been to a lot! The Paramus store is always clean (even the bathrooms, which is a big plus), and there’s plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, you can tell it’s a local favorite because so many regulars get greeted by name. I’m obsessed with the mango pineapple refresher! There’s also a self-serve kiosk by the entrance, which makes ordering quick and easy if you don’t want to use the app or wait at the counter. Seating is minimal, but it’s really more of a grab-and-go spot, so it’s never been an issue. Always a good experience here!

I’ve been coming to this location for years, but lately the experience has gone downhill. The newer staff seem poorly trained, and the manager appears to be the only one who really knows what he’s doing.
I placed my order about five minutes before arriving and still waited another ten minutes after I got there. During that time, I witnessed a new male employee substitute coffee milk for oat milk in another customer’s drink without telling them. The customer complained that their drink tasted like coffee when it shouldn’t have, and only then did the employee admit to the substitution.
What concerned me even more was seeing that same male employee tell the barista making my drink to substitute oat milk with coffee milk as well. Thankfully, she refused and instead informed me that they were out of oat milk and gave me the option to choose a substitute.
This lack of care is genuinely dangerous — many people have serious milk allergies or intolerances. When customers are paying around $6 per drink, they should receive exactly what they ordered, or at the very least be informed of any substitutions.

What’s the point of a Dunkin’ that has nothing? No donuts, no sundaes, not even a cherry in sight. Are y’all running a café or just playing pretend? The employees are nice, but being nice doesn’t magically make up for an empty menu. This place is a joke — I’ve seen gas stations with more options. Total waste of time.

If I were you, I’d run far away from this place. Seriously, this Dunkin’ is a total mess: horrible location, horrible staff, and the quality is garbage. The whole restaurant looks old and is flat-out dirty. My order was a joke. I asked for 50 Munchkins and they ripped me off, giving me only 48. I was crystal clear: I wanted only Jelly, Glazed, and Chocolate Glazed flavors. And guess what? They messed that up, too, throwing in those gross Boston Kreme ones. Me and my friends hate Boston Kreme, and even if we didn’t, there was barely any cream inside! Same exact fail with the Jelly Munchkins—they had almost no jelly. It was such a HUGE letdown. I really wish they had done their job right. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but when the service is this trashy multiple times, it’s not okay. I know other people who have been through this, and other reviews online say the exact same things: wrong orders, burned food, and incomplete items are just the normal here. They seriously need to get it together.

My sandwich tasted old and my latte was watered down. I would assume he was the manager or whatever…. the man was sneezing didn’t cover his mouth, didn’t wash his hands and wore no gloves! The woman who give me my food was rude! Never visit this location again!

mehina or whatever her name is was very hard of hearing as well as her friend! i was served the wrong doughnut not realizing until after i left. i even tipped unknowingly. the lady behind the counter kept giving me looks also which made me feel super uncomfortable. i recommend not going to this location and im VERY uncomfortable and upset with my service

What can I say? It’s DD! It’s very well lit. Nice atmosphere. Very clean. The workers are very nice & accommodating. They do have Baskin Robbins ice cream there. I’d go early though bc they run out of munchkins & donuts quickly. They close early, which stinks!
