This was my first time at Marco’s pizza and I’ll def be back. The staff were so friendly that we decided to dine in. Everything was delicious, especially the Old World pepperoni pizza. The daily deals also make the visit worthwhile.

3rd time ordering from here . 2 times delivered it was ok enough to come back. However this time I picked up 2 pizzas they were under cooked . Very doughy. My experience at the Aldine Westfield Marcos Pizza was unacceptable. After a very busy day, I ordered a late dinner of cheesy bread and 10 bone-in wings. The first issue was a call from an employee who seemed baffled and apologetic about running out of meat for a sub, which was confusing since I hadn’t ordered one. She then said my order was ready.
When I picked up my food, I didn’t realize until I got outside that they had given me boneless chicken instead of the bone-in wings I ordered. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, she said that’s why she gave me “5 extra.” I told her if I had wanted boneless, I would have ordered them. The manager then questioned her about not being informed that they were out of bone-in wings. The manager told me to keep my receipt and come back the next day for what I paid for.
I agreed and left, but the frustration didn’t end there. When I got home, I opened the cheesy bread box to find nothing more than oily bread sticks. The cheese was practically non-existent.
I’m livid. This is a complete failure on all levels. The employee should have called me to inform me they were out of bone-in wings so I could have chosen to cancel my order. Instead, they just decided to swap it and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I spent over $20 and didn’t even get a wing—literally or figuratively. This is not how you treat a customer.

I go in this location to pick up my food I ordered and paid for online, supervisor and employee is getting up from the table, supervisor assist me with picking up my order, employee is digging in her ear walking over to the counter, looks at the earwax/dirt then begins making a pizza. Yuck! I told the supervisor she said she didn’t see her do that. Well of course not, she was looking at me and the employee was behind her. Supervisor asked the employee if she did that. The employee said no, I said please tell the truth. She said I didn’t do that. I told her I’ll give you $100 if you tell the truth, she continued to lie. I asked the supervisor if she was the manager she said she was and they have an entire new team. All the employee had to do was wash her hands. They touch ingredients with their bare hands, just go wash them. What’s the big deal! Never going back there. My family and I favored this location, never again. How gross!

Exceptional service, I was at the airport with my flight cancelled and I had a bunch of luggages, I wasn’t able to check in to go the food area 3 hours before my next flight. I wasn’t able sooo hungry, I called this Marcos Pizza and they delivered it for me at the departure door, terminal D. The driver followed my instructions and get to me.
That was such a dedication.
