Called ahead at 7:18pm to order 1 large, 1-Topping pizza & some Cheese sticks. The girl on the phone seemed like she was having a hard time getting our order down but when she finally did we were told there will be a 20 minute wait. So we wait 20 minutes and then head over. We show up and go to the drive-thru to pick it up. We then sat in the drive-thru window for 5 minutes without anybody coming over or any service whatsoever so then we decided to park and go inside to pick our food up.
The pizza was alright but we were pretty disappointed with the “Cheese Sticks” they were mostly just bread with garlic and Parmesan sprinkled on them. Actual cheese nowhere to be found. Hopefully they were just having a rough night. Either way, we were slightly disappointed in our food and service. But we may try again just to see if this time was a fluke or not.

Wish I could give zero stars. The manager needs a refresher course in how to handle business. I called asking a question and she was so rude and a bit sarcastic. No wonder they’re always hiring. She is terrible. I’ve read the reviews on here and it makes perfect sense why there is so many complaints-she is a terrible manager.

Horrible!! The day everything should matter, it didn’t!!! The problem is I live like 9 blocks away and I order a lot!! This was 80$ because I didn’t receive my whole order, when I called I got no answer!!!

Ordered pizza online, specifically thin crust on both of them. Had them delivered, said thin crust on the receipt and website receipt but we were given original crust.

Had the pizza delivered. When the driver got here the pizza was lukewarm and they forgot the marinara sauce for my bread sticks. They said they only had one delivery driver so I let it go.The pizza and bread sticks were very bland and tasteless. The previous few times I ordered there it was pretty good. Not this time.

Pizza was awesome. Saved some for lunch but it didn’t get past breakfast. Only problem I had was I had to take my truck through a truck restricted area to get there. I was starving and didn’t care. I know how to do it the right way now though.

I asked for Canadian Bacon (thinking it was a BACON type meat) and ham on my Hawaiian pizza because I wanted Bacon AND Ham with pineapples ….the employee taking my order says, “Canadian Bacon IS ham sweetie!!”
So, Canadian Bacon isn’t bacon, but a type of HAM and bacon is just bacon??? Why not then ask me, “Would you like Bacon AND Canadian Bacon on your pizza???” Instead of sounding condescending with the snarky response??

One mile garage
I ordered some food and after and hour and a half no one showed up. So I call and was told that the driver came out and then made an attempt at getting in touch with me. This turns out to be a lie and the store is actually 2 hours behind on delivery’s. Would rather you be honest with me then lie. While asking for a refund the woman on the phone hung up on me. If I don’t see the money back in my account by tomorrow I will be calling corporate.
