My Turkey Tom has 1 thin slice of meat and my daughters Beach club ha NO meat. The bottom of our bread is stale & hard. I probably won’t be back here any time soon.

Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches, drinks, and sides. When the order arrived we were missing chips and 3 of the 4 sandwiches had green marker that they used to label the sandwiches all over the lunch meat and cheese. This was noticed by one of us when sandwich was almost completely eaten. They refused to replace all of the sandwiches and only replaced 2 that had not been eaten off of. I’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years and have never seen such terrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered an un-which(sandwich no bread) for an allergy got home and its was a normal sandwich with bread.
If ur looking for someplace to go with allergies do not go here this is unacceptable; and pure stupidity
if u work with food and someone says an order for an allergy it needs to be made right. I will not be coming back here with my family and would not recommend this place. This is ridiculous and beyond okay.

Went here about a couple weeks ago and the sandwiches were so good. The bread was still fresh which was surprising since it was late when I ordered. The drive thru moved fast and the dude who took my order was polite.

The food was ok, but the staff’s behavior was appalling. I witnessed a manager and another employee mocking a gentleman with special needs who was simply making small talk. This is completely unacceptable. Sadly, this isn’t my first negative encounter with this same manager. I won’t be returning.

Well we ordered online 15 min ahead. Waited at the drive thru for 10 Min while they got our order made. Not busy. Meat slicer making mush out of a head of lettuce.(never turned off,slicing nothing) finally had my order handed to me and not a word spoken. No thank you, no here you go, nothing. And the guy had a tattoo that said “faith” on his forearm. He needs a lesson on faith. Last time I get Jimmy John’s. No big deal to them but just keep in mind if you visit this location in Loves Park IL. Oh and the sandwich was not good. Skimpy for a veggie sandwich,it needed some of the lettuce mush from the meat slicer. Jersey Mike’s is so much better for the price. Not freeky fast!

I struggle with reviewing this location. It took an hour and 10 minutes to get my delivery. The food is good so I don’t want to give them a terrible review, but this is the second time I’ve ordered for delivery and it’s taken more than an hour. And this time I didn’t get the email when my food left the building. So, do you tip the driver or not? Is it the drivers fault or the stores. It’s just frustrating.
