Not very happy with the food. First the chicken sandwich is chicken fingers in a roll. Then looked at our “steak tips”.. humm ..cubed steak in bite size pieces. But the winner of this meal was when we looked for our order of fries and order of onion rings( which are supposed to come with the dinners we ordered). To our surprise we opened a container and saw fries with 3 onion rings. $55 dollars of nothing!! Live and learn to read the current reviews.

Won’t be back to captains after a recent incident.

Called and ordered a chicken caesar wrap with fried chicken for delivery. To prevent any mistakes, I specifically repeated fried chicken numerous times on the phone. Upon receiving my food, I found that the chicken inside the wrap was grilled. A simple mistake. I politely called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake and to possibly send over the correct wrap. The same man who originally took the order was now arguing with me that the chicken was in fact fried. I was shocked as I steered down at the grilled chicken in the wrap. He couldn’t comprehend the fact that he was wrong. He told me he would know it was fried since he made it but the sad reality was that he did not know.

A situation like this shouldn’t call for any sort of escalation but the man was standing firm on his beliefs. After being hung up on numerous times, I was finally able to reach a more reasonable individual. It would make sense after such frustration to request a full refund, however, I only requested the wrap to be credited.

I’d like to add that I’ve never had an issue with the food here. However, I can’t rationally return to a business that treats their customers with such bitter disrespect.

I want to love this place, but I can’t. Service was great. This pizza was as basic as pizza could get. Pies cut into squares, not sure if that’s a north shore or captain pizza thing I’d prefer traditional slices. Check it out if you like the most basic pizza for your kids.

13$ for a small buffalo finger sub with a side of blue cheese. 2 and a half chicken fingers and some bread, nice. I’d never recommend anyone to go here.

We ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and a steak tip bomb to take away. My first impression when I saw a loaf of bread in a big bag .

Ordered two slices of pizza, a chips and a soda.

Pizza had been sitting in the warmer a bit, I say warmer, but the bottom half of the warmer wasn’t on and the pizzas had been there who knows how long.

Pizza was a 4/10. Clearly made in house and not frozen, and that’s all the praise I give it. Tasted like it COULD have come out of a box, and that’s never a great quality to a pie.

Menu is MASSIVE and the place is run by two men. Authentically Greek. Authentically loud. Can’t say there’s anything wrong with that, but be ready for the Massachusetts experience

There’s a 7-11 across the street. 7-11 pizza is 3/10 at it’s best, and I get the feeling this place is 4/10 on its worst day. The pizza might, and I say generously, might be a 5/10 when fresh.
So I’d still pick it over 7-11. Plus, the prices are a steal. If I could rate the prices I would rate them 5 out of 5.

Stop here late at night when everything is closed and you need something after the bar. Otherwise, just drive down the street to the other 20 pizza places on this same street.

Owners where arguing in front of customer and that is very unprofessional. Especially the lady that seems to love demanding the guy who’s already cooking taking orders thru the phone and cashing out … Smh

Boy does this guy know balls!
Mr Captain is also a hell of a guy.

Homemade meatballs.
By far one of the best meatball subs I have had in a very long time.

Stopped in quickly for lunch to go.
Food came out fast, service was prompt.

Great pizza, homemade dough and sauce. Homemade sausage sandwich was amazing! Old school Greek pizza joint run by the original owners. If you know what that means then you know what to expect. Very local friendly atmosphere. Grab a pie, it is worth the try!
