Apparently they close earlier than 10pm. Second time I drove around to find a BR and they either don’t serve anymore ice cream or they won’t serve cause its near 10. There needs to be a sign that says “not serving after half an hour before their closing time” or “CLOSED AT WHATEVER TIME THEY WANT”

Since they have been hiring local kids, the service has been fantastic! This location is always clean, everyone who works there is kind and attentive. I went in this evening to purchase a few 1/2 gallons of ice cream and before I even reached the counter, the young man had a bag out ready for me. He looked at me and smiled and asked me if I wanted donuts or anything else. It’s almost shocking to have engaging service these days.

The store expected me to wait ten (10) minutes for a milkshake that was due 4 minutes prior to my arrival. The manager had to step in and tell the cashier to just make the milkshake. This location shouldn’t take pick-up/delivery orders unless they can handle the volume. He even had to add more ice cream to the shake because he didn’t know what he was doing with it. I’ll never return to this location.

Management here does not care about how poorly their store is ran. Specifically with one dark skinned lady with glasses who works there, it’s truly dumbfounding to try and comprehend how this woman even got hired! No customer service, extremely rude and has a stank attitude. She obviously does not want that job, if you greet her she doesn’t respond, if you say have a good night she doesn’t care, absolutely the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. I even saw her turn off the open sign to an hour before actually closing! She is probably the reason this store has an 3 star rating… Other than that, the other workers seem fine and nice to me and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.

By far the worst DD/Basking Robbins ever. Do not go here. I’ve given them three chances due to the proximity to home but never again. No excuse ever to be out of chocolate ice cream, especially in the months of June and July. Then, when suggesting a chocolate milk shake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, I got the we can’t do that response. I’m just gonna buy the ice cream from now on and do it myself.

It’s a little confusing inside because the signage isn’t very clear, and employees don’t really help move the line along, So be ready to do a little bit of extra work.

This place is terrible. I went to get ice cream today and I wanted a banana split but they didn’t have banana. Then I said I’ll get a sundae but they didn’t have chocolate fudge nor middle tops for the sundae. So he had to put my 3 scoops in a 2 and 1 scoop cup. It didn’t really look nor taste that great when I ate it

Usually go to Pepperjacks but stop by here every month while walking to splurge on a single scoop. My first choice was too runny to put in a cone, so I chose from the other freezer. I always have exact change. No change on the big price list but as I was rung up the price was higher. Will only go to Pepperjacks from now on.
