Farm to table is in the name and it lives up to its name 100%. We had a beet salad, a breakfast special and eggs and toast. Lovely and attentive staff kept my husband’s coffee and my water filled. I wish we had made room for dessert. I am glad we called ahead for our 2pm brunch.

Dropped in for a quick breakfast while driving through town, and boy was I ever so grateful I did.
I ordered their signature cappuccino w/ a scoop of their cardamom ice cream (this was beyond delicious), corn cake w/ black beans, and fried potatoes. Everything was beyond delicious. The presentation was beautiful, the flavors were delightful, and everything was cooked to perfection.
Despite living over an hour away; I plan to return.

Amazing amazing amazing !! Everything was delicious and fresh! I didn’t even get to take a picture of my food because I gobbled it all up. The Fannie’s latte was sooo good. The cardamom plus maple is perfection.

Quaint little place off the Main Street in downtown Warwick. Highly recommend making reservations because it is a small space with not that many tables. Everything is homemade, so it takes a little longer to get your order, but is well worth the wait. Coffee was amazing! I got Fannie’s signature latte which was full of interesting flavors. Went there for breakfast and everything tasted great. The one thing I will tell you is to ask for the price of the specials before you order. I ordered a special that included pork loin (which was the previous night’s dinner special) eggs, hash browns and an apple salad and it was $33. It was good, but not $33 good. My fault for not checking the price, but I never imagined a breakfast dish costing that much. I will still go back next time I’m in Warwick, but I’ll be sure to ask for the prices before I order a special again.

Very creative menu that changes with the season. Genuine home made meals so the wait time can be long and the consistency is lacking, but sometimes you go there and have one of the best meals you’ve ever had. Nice staff. Very expensive.

The quality of food is delicious, the service always is pleasant, and the vibe in Fannie’s is relaxed. It feels as though you’re eating at a quaint little Brooklyn cafe when you step in this Warwick eatery.
Coffee shop feel, with high quality food that is plated well and tastes delicious! You can never go wrong with a soup from here, and their breakfast options are just as enticing as brunch or lunch. Dinners are a special treat, so make sure that you call ahead and reserve your spot! Great place to pop in with those with whom you love to spend time.
All the latte options are delicious and taste better than your average brew, as each one is handcrafted and beautifully presented. For all the right reasons, tables fill up fast (especially on weekends) so if Fannie’s is of interest, you’d be wise to call ahead and reserve your place. Day-of phone calls yield a 50/50 chance to nab a table, but the odds aren’t great on weekends because they already are booked up. Plan ahead so you can be assured of your opportunity to enjoy the culinary delights and sweet treats here!

My husband and I try to go here once a month and we love bringing friends from out of town here! The food and staff is ALWAYS amazing. You do have to wait a few extra minutes during their peak times BUT IT IS WORTH IT. 100% make a reservation a few days ahead as they almost never have tables available for walk ins. The Fannys Latte is my favorite drink and my husband loves the Clover Club! Their revolving specials are always fresh and delicious and so are there every day staples. 100% recommend coming here!

Wow! This restaurant is truly quaint with that small town charm feel. This inside is cozy. Food is fresh and delicious with an every changing menu based on local ingredients.
I got the corn crepe which was so tasty with a blueberry scone and their signature latte. Only thing I’ll say there is the latte was too sweet for me.
The only other downside is the bathrooms are in a shared building and tiny. Since I have a baby there was no changing table and in that regard a bit challenging if your a mom with a little one.
Overall, really enjoyed our experience there!

My party made a reservation for 7 people. When we go there, they told us they don’t reserve tables for more than 6 people and would have to split our party. There’s no problem with this but they could have sat us at neighboring tables at least. They could have also easily combined two tables.
Even with this hiccup, some of the staff was acting like it was the greatest annoyance that we were even there. There were three people attending our table and 2 were fine but one acted very sour the whole time. You’d think with having to split up our party they could at least act warm and friendly but apparently that’s asking too much.
We also had to wait a very long time just to have our order taken even thought the place didn’t seem busy at all.
And above all, they charge $26 for French toast with apples?! No bacon or sides with it just bread, apples, and whipped cream. $26 is crazy.
A waste of time and money just go literally anywhere else.
