Our family really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and an order of the buffalo wings. Both were very good! There was only one person working the front of the restaurant, and even when it got busy he was still very attentive. We would definitely come back when in the area again.

Okay, this is the place to come to. They have the absolute best wings EVER.. you can not beat a wood fire pizza either. The food is REALLY good, the service is excellent and did I mention the wings are the best. Make sure to drizzle your pizza with the sauce left from the wings. You gotta try them

Eureka had a power outage Saturday, we were excited as this is one of the few places that were open. When we arrived – the bar was very busy, but there were 4 open floor tables. The gentlemen working did not greet us, say hello, ask how were are, nothing – he was clearly stressed out and not handling being a little busy very well. He asked how many (we had 2) – he let out a big sigh and said ‘well its gonna be more than an hour before you get your food.’ I stood there for a second – then he hastily snatched a few menus and said ‘ I guess I’ll have to clean off a few of these tables ‘ then stormed off – turned the OPEN sign off and left us just standing there (this was 10 after 7pm).
We just left left.
I get being busy, I get being super busy, I get being absolutely slammed everything is insane crazy busy – however – its 10 minutes after 7pm on Saturday and you have 4 open tables, you aren’t to busy to be polite and greet your customers.
There is always time to be polite to your patrons, and make them feel welcome – no matter how busy you are. We were really looking forward to trying it, would have spent good chunk of money on beers waiting for the food (which is where they really make money anyways). Hopefully this guy can see the bigger picture next time, but we wont be back to find out.

Pretty crazy to find exceptionally made food of this caliber in such an unassuming spot. Service was great and pizza and apps were top class. Food didn’t last long enough for a photo shoot but it looked as good as it tasted.

Food was excellent. Be prepared to wait and be flexible. Some items are available seasonal as well as day to day. Depending on how busy they are, it could take an hour for a 12” pizza. There was only ONE person seen working inside. Halfway through our food, the places filled up, bar and all but she handled it like a pro.

Today was our first visit to Hotboxx but it definitely won’t be our last. Great pizza and nice employees? Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We had the Greek Pizza, the Deluxe, and their garlic knots and enjoyed them all.

This place is fire. The woman running it was very kind and treated my family well even though my kids were a little high energy after just leaving the petting zoo. The food is amazing flavor and quality. Totally worth whatever my husband paid for it.

Pizza was excellent – step above regular places. AC and drinks were cold. Nice husband and wife owner operators. Specialty pizzas are a good deal. They bake in a 1k degree from their food truck. The new location isn’t on the river as we had saw in other photos.
