I’ve been holding off on writing this, but today was the final straw. If you’re thinking about stopping by this Chipotle, don’t. Let me break down why:
1. Unprofessional staff — One of the guys on the line looked and acted completely out of it. It’s not my place to assume, but he was clearly not in the right state to be handling food.
2. He didn’t even drain the beans — I watched him scoop soupy black beans straight into my tacos without draining them. So now, not only were my tacos soggy, but they were literally falling apart before I could even sit down.
3. I asked for two chicken tacos and one steak — He looked me dead in my face and still gave me all chicken. When I politely corrected him, he said he didn’t hear me. Meanwhile, the woman in line behind me spoke up and said, “No, she definitely said steak.” So now I’m wondering: if the customers can hear me, why can’t the staff?
4. Cashier had an unnecessary attitude — Just miserable energy. No greeting, no eye contact, just vibes like customers are an inconvenience. It’s the kind of interaction that makes you want to walk right back out.
5. The food quality is terrible — The chips were aggressively salty (not just “a little too much”), the portions were skimpy, and overall everything just looked sloppy and rushed.
6. Cleanliness? Questionable. The food area was messy, and nothing looked fresh or handled with care. I’m attaching pictures so you can see for yourself.
I hate to say this, but this location truly needs to be inspected. I don’t feel confident that food safety standards are being followed here. If someone from the state or health department came in, I honestly don’t think they’d pass.
This isn’t just a bad day or an isolated issue it’s a pattern. I’ve given this place more chances than I should have. It’s unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and skip this location. I do NOT recommend it.

I’ve been working on a project nearby, and this Chipotle has been my go-to for a quick and filling meal. Mobile ordering has been a lifesaver—by the time I get there, my food is usually ready to grab and go. It’s been a consistently good experience, aside from one day when I used Chipotle Lane and had to go inside to pick up my order and inside they were just talking. Also, on rare occasions, the rice isn’t perfectly cooked.

Should’ve known this place was a dump when there was no line at 11:45am. All the employees were in the dining area eating. One of them actually got up to take my order. Most ingredients were at the bottom instead of filled to the rim with toppings. There were no onions and peppers. I ask them when they were going to have them? She said soon. I said I’ll wait. She immediately found the ingredients . Yet the onions and peppers were all gooey and not al dente. I was hungry but I will never go here again.

We just constantly have issues with this location. Last time we got soggy tacos, today, to avoid soggy tacos, we tried to order our tacos with the items on the side. The supervisor onsite said it was a policy that she could not do that. Really? The kids meal tacos are literally made with the ingredients on the side! So we bought a bowl and paid extra for the shells, this is really ridiculous.
Also, many times many of the workers do not speak English making communication difficult sometimes when asking questions.
Chipotle overall used to have really great service, this location does not reflect that at all. We’ll use the Loganville location from now on.

I do love Chipotle’s and I don’t really like to complain, but the meat serving is ridiculous. I questioned the server if that was a serving, he said yes. I asked what is the serving size and he didn’t have any idea. I mean there isn’t even any standard. At the end of the line I asked to speak to the manager, because it was so ridiculous. She listened and just said okay. Then turned away without even looking at me again. She didn’t even try to see if maybe there was anything odd. It was over $11 and it was the smallest amount of meat. Sadly, I won’t be back because it is a rip off.

Disgustingly dirty. Workers sat down and talked while a line formed. No one addressed or greeted us. No one came to help for 10 minutes. They didn’t have the drink station set up. There was cheese in the guac, sour cream in the salsa, etc. food all over the counters. There were open liquids throughout the kitchen and dirty gloves on the kitchen counter. Horrible experience. Let me start with the wonderful worker who came to the window, with zero greeting goes (with a dead face), what the name? Snatches a bag, pushes it out the window, and then slams the window shut all before I could say “thanks”. But for real, who is ray of sunshine? She has figured it out.. has an attitude AND get paid check? All these years in costumer service, I was doing wrong?
Now let’s talk about my tacos. The star of the show. I mean, I ordered tacos, but what I got was so much more! As you can tell by the picture, it was more like taco soup? Was it soggy? Yes. And did it smell like weed? Also, yes. But who am I to question perfection? Compliments to the chef!
The manger at this store must be one of their best picks in this company, cause who opens a brand new store and gets a 90 on their health score, when they literally hand out 95+ scores? This manger! This manager definitely doesn’t set the bar high for the employees because the manger knows they will never achieve it, instead the manger sets the bar at bare minimum so employees have a better chance. Bright future for his manager!
I mean, whose fault is it really if I didn’t look up the reviews of this location before ordering? A 2.7 google review?? If you ask me, I would be the one to blame for having normal expectations at a 2.7. I will have to lower my expectations when I come here again.
A low expectations, over priced crappy food? Take my money! Definitely a new hidden gem of Grayson.

Don’t waste your money at this location. The staff gave me a half a scoop of rice and chicken. It was at the end of the night so they probably saving food to take home for themselves. Very disgusted with my service.
