Preordered two sandwiches To Go. One to have extra onions. Neither of them had onions. Tried to call but the number is not working. Poor business practice. I get two sandwiches at least once a week here. Will reconsider since they don’t value their customers.

Ordered online sandwiche was wrong bread was stale and old tasting meat had funny taste even the cookies were wrong if it wasn’t a 20 min. Drive i would have taken it back instead in went in the garbage. LESSON LEARNED!!!!

Took a good 10 minutes to get someone to take my order because 4 employees were gathered around register laughing… then they all went into the kitchen.. finally got sandwich made the girl who made it couldn’t ring up the sale so had to wait again to pay. Employee came up took my money.. never asked about drinks chops cookies etc.. took my money .. gave me my change and walked back into kitchen.. never gave me my sandwich had to reach across and grab my own order.. this place really gotten sad

I ordered online & when I went in I heard them discussing the order & being out of roast beef for my husband sandwich. The young lady was about to call me but I informed her that was okay. We just added more turkey to the sandwich. The vegetables were so FRESH LOOKING as if they had just been put out. It’s after 2 pm & I was amazed. I told them they had the freshest looking vegetables I’ve seen in a while. 5 stars for customer service, food appearance & quality of food.

Went to get a sub at 8:40 and they had lights off door locked and were mopping the floors. Last time I checked open till 9 meant I can get a sub up until 9 pm. Closing 20 minutes before is bogus. But we all know Ripley. Idk why I was surprised honestly.

I just moved here from Florida. This was a horrid sandwich place. The girl making my sandwich had no teeth and when I asked what the wheat options were she didn’t understand what I asked. The sandwich was basic and not worth the money. But please hire people that are presentable. And have a brain. I work in food service and I know my menu and look amazing when greeting customers. Never coming back here again.

I have always loved Subway when the mood for a sandwich hit me, but, about 3 months ago my daughter and I ordered sandwiches for take home, got home was enjoying our Subs, when my daughter found a dead fly in her seafood sub! It was smashed in the mayo or whatever kind of sauce they use in the Seafood. Of coarse then, neither of us eat. I called Subway but there was no manager on duty, so I drove back to Subway, I did not make a scene, and waited until there was no-one in the store then went to the back and showed one of the employees. He said he would leave a note for the manager to call me the next day. Next day come, no phone call, again drove back, briefly spoke with the manager in charge and she was quite arrogant and short with me, saying “all i can do is give you a refund of a 6 inch seafood sub”! Which I felt wasn’t equal, because I couldn’t eat my sandwich either. We should have got a refund of the entire purchase. And her arrogance was certainly not necessary! We didn’t do anything wrong! ! ! It was a good while before returning to Subway, and I will have to say, folks look over your sandwich before eating it. Those little critters sometimes find a way in, I understand that, but still it is so disgusting.
