Fu Belly was a great experience! The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the beef brisket pho, which was flavorful and satisfying. Prices were very affordable, making it a great spot for a casual meal. I also appreciated the convenience of paying through a QR code right on the receipt.
During my visit, the dine-in area was fairly quiet, but I noticed a steady stream of to-go orders, which seems to be their main source of business. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely return to try more items on the menu.

The food here is just amazing! We had a party of 8 people so the variety of food we ordered was extensive and every dish and side was exceptional. Everyone we came with raved about how delicious everything we ordered was and the service just accompanied the food where it was above and beyond. We all work in service and a few have been chef’s and prep cooks before so to have a whole group just singing praises about both are a huge accomplishment within itself. I know all of us will be coming again. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and adorably decorated to fit the theme…parking lot is free to park and they do have a kids meal. I recommend it to anyone since it is accommodating to families, friends and dates. I feel confident in trying this amazing place you won’t be disappointed. I wish I had gotten pictures of everything we tried since there was a wide variety of dishes and appetizers on our table but I was enjoying the food, atmosphere and company way too much. This place is a gem and I will be back to try everything on their menu! When we got our bill I was actually pleasantly surprised on how moderate the cost considering how great the food was!

Fu Belly has become our go to restaurant. We constantly get takeout but today was the first time we ever dined in. Staff was first rate. Very friendly and attentive. The spicy dumplings were excellent as was their skirt steak Garlic noodles. The shaken beef fried rice was absolutely delicious and definitely unique. One of our favorite restaurants and will continue to come back!

Did a dine in order for a party of 2, total was under 50$ for all this food!
We had the crab rangoons, chicken pho, drunken noodles with fried tofu, and the spring rolls with pork/shrimp.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly, I’m glad these vietnamese restaurant is well rounded in tastes for all the food. 5/5 experience.

This was a decent priced, quick lunch. The customer service was excellent. The bathrooms were clean, and the food was pretty good. The pho with brisket was good; the brisket was a bit thick for me. Crab Rangoon was good; it was well seasoned and fit the dipping sauce amazingly. The tofu spring rolls were my favorite, nice and light for lunch.

Update 11/22/23 adding photos after numerous visits. We keep eating before remembering to take photos SO the half eaten dishes will have to suffice can’t remember but this might be our 5/6th trip in the last month
I’m assuming the owner, and his staff are amazing! Went in for daughters bday meal, we always have trouble finding authentic fresh Asian cuisine. They really do an amazing job. I am a prep cook so I have to tip my hat to this establishment. Also, I’m impressed with the to go spoon. Of all the to go I’ve ever ordered, this was the first time we were given these spoons and it just made my day! The simple things. Definitely give them a try, we have gone there already 3x in one month. We are a mixed meat/plant based diet family so the staff is very accommodating in substituting and removing items some of the family do not eat.

Really nice place to eat. I like the interior. The food was great. The fries were the least impressive. I would not get those again. I wouldn’t say they were awful. They weren’t worth ordering again though. The pho, vermicelli, wings, and thai tea we have our approval ratings.

My wife and I have been weekly regulars here for a long time, but after today, we won’t be returning. I ordered the drunken noodles with grilled pork, and the meat was spoiled—absolutely disgusting. While the server apologized and replaced it with a beef version, the beef was incredibly tough, dry, and chewy. It was one disaster after another. I can no longer trust this restaurant’s food safety or quality. We will not be back.

Ordered take out from Fu Belly and it was absolutely delicious! I’m not exaggerating when I say that every dish we had (and we ordered a ton) was great! I loved the wontons, fried dumplings and spicy wontons were awesome. Will definitely be back!
