This Subway was great! The ladies working were fast and friendly. Service was great and the sandwiches were great tasting! There was one thing that i didn’t like was there were no sanitary cover for the restrooms!! Other than that I was satisfied with it…so come on Subway and add those seat covers!!!

The employees are so rude here and act as if they have no time to properly make a sandwich I just paid for something that looks like it was dug out of the trash can they need better training here as we are always having this problem.

I’m not normally one to leave a review, let alone such a /glowing/ one. The two afternoon employees were super friendly, real social butterflies who brightened my day. Good chatter and laughs, swift service, clean and professional.
Food came out great too; I had to stop midway through my meal to finish this review. That’s how wonderful this Subway was, the review couldn’t wait.
The bathroom was good too, though… be sure to stand on the side when you use the soap dispenser; the foam doesn’t come out the bottom, as of April 14th, 2024.
That’s my only complaint, otherwise this is an easy 5/5.

I received excellent customer service by Mayra. I havent had customer service like this in ages. I was greeted warmly when coming in the door and didn’t feel rushed when trying to think of what I wanted on my meatball grinder. She actually made suggestions of what veggies went well with the sandwich and I never once felt like I was being rushed. Thank you! The sandwich was great and hit the spot.

I think people need to stop making excuses for the rude behavior of Vivian or whatever her name is, with the blond hair. She treats you like she is in a rush to get you out of there, terrible customer service, I’ve gone a few times and received the same service from her, she either needs training on how to properly serve customers or she needs to reconsider what she wants to do for work. I’m a firm believer that the way someone serves you is going to either make or break your meal, spent over 40 dollars on food I could not even enjoy because the service was complete garbage.

When I first walked in I waited for about a min. or so before anybody stepped out to take my order. To my surprise as I sat inside and ate my sandwich there were about 3-4 women in the back that came out to help take orders. Hopefully they were having a meeting and not having me wait just because nobody felt like taking my order. The lady who placed my order was nice and helpful.
The restaurant appeared to be clean except for a couple of tables that were not wiped down after the customers left. I didn’t use the bathroom so I don’t know if it was clean or not. The top on the tea machine was left open, I’m sure this was a mistake due to switching to another task quickly.
My sandwich was delicious and I was able to use my coupon at this location.
I would visit again.

Sweet people who work here. They’re always nice to my mom and take her coupons so she always makes sure to keep coming in to get extra sandwiches for everyone at her work. Thank you for the nice customer service Yucaipa team!

I made a mistake and went to the freeway Subway. By the time I got to the other one in Yucaipa, I had 2 call 3 times to to get my food brought to me since I am disabled. I was disappointed that my salad dressing was on my salad which made my salad soaked in dressing! And, my salad was I think tossed into my bag SIDEWAYS. GRRR!! I also asked for peppercorns and they FELL out of the bag and the juice went on my passenger seat. I doubt I will EVER come back to Subway. The employees where nice but the way my food was prepared was just HORRIBLE.. $27.00 dollars and some cents for this….. not right at all.
