Social Profile:

Our laid-back, welcoming atmosphere is perfect for business lunches, family gatherings, or just hanging out with friends after work. We welcome you to come experience pizza the way it was meant to be. Here at the Pie Factory, we cook your pizza on stone, in a traditional pizza oven. We use age old techniques to make your pizza by hand. We believe it’s a fitting tribute to those who were here before us, because like them, we believe in taking the care to do things right. We make our sauces and dough in house. Every day. From the veggies we chop, to the meats we slice, you can be confident that the food we serve didn’t come out of a freezer or go into a microwave. It was made fresh. It was made today. And it was made for you.

Paid $39 for 2 burnt, undersized pizza’s. This is the second time it’s happened. I figured the first time was a fluke… Apparently it was not. I decided to eat it anyway, I’m not sure how you burn the pizza and have it go cold in 20 minutes but even my dogs were unimpressed. Do better.

The food is excellent. We love the pizza. I’m a leave this off and add that kind of pizza customer but it is always correct and cooked to perfection. Great service! We like the bar area and the high top tables.

I am all about some craft pizza, and The Pie Factory has delivered on point! Thin style crust, just like how I like it. The Muscle Shoals Sound is a double layered pepperoni (and lots of them) with extra cheese. It was awesome!! The Cassius Clay is a BBQ sauce pizza with grilled pineapple and pork tenderloin, holy cow it was great!! The other pizza pictures are a cheese and the Old Faithful – which was actually not what we ordered, but the staff was very friendly and quick to correct. If you like pizza, you need to give Pie Factory a try. Unique pizza and very good. I was very happy and will return for sure!

Where to start? We walked in and were warmly greeted. We were sat at our table and our server came over and took our drink order, Lexie was very friendly and was sassy back to my boyfriend, who likes to give servers a funny hard time. We felt at home right away. When Bryce, the manager, came out to do a “table touch”, it was very wonderful conversing with him.

Oh!! The pizza is good. The on tap beer was COLD and refreshing.

After we finish our pizza we walked the square and then went back. Lexie, Bryce, Meagan and crew are amazeballs! This place ROCKS!!!

Awesome experience. Sometimes, it’s hard to find anything open on a Sunday night in the South when living on the road. It’s usually fast food or Walmart chicken. I was so happy to find Pie Factory was open. The food was amazing, Cheesy-bread, Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone and a Two-Five-Six pie. Lots of leftovers, a little drinky-drink for the wife, and a great experience. The food came out quick and hot (put that ranch on EVERYTHING). Our server, Rylee, was very sweet and helpful. I was happy to find out they have other locations in Northern Alabama, I’m sure we’ll be back.

Excellent food, Excellent service, great location! What else could you ask for? We’re lucky this place is here. Like pizza? Live in town or surrounding towns? Or just passing through? Go here! Its nice and peaceful on the square and not too hot after the sunset.

We come here quite frequently on the weekends and have great service every single time we come in. We come in one Monday and the service was terrible. We ordered a hot toddy and are told they don’t have the ingredients. We asked for anything hot and they say they can’t make a hot drink.. We ask for a cup of hot water and some whiskey and are told “ok”. They come back with a cold hot toddy… over ice……. with all the ingredients… maybe if the bartender would stop vaping behind the bar and taking snapchats while she does it she could google a drink she doesn’t know about. note to self. Never come here on a weekday. The only reason it’s a 2 star review is because the pizza is always good. I understand if you don’t know what a drink is but don’t come lie to us and say you don’t have ingredients when you do and don’t tell us you can’t make a cup of hot water… we clearly stated we wanted a hot drink and they bring a cold hot toddy. Make it make sense. We won’t eat here if we come in and the same staff is working. Stick to the weekend yall….

The Muscle Shoals pizza is unreal. The Tabasco sauce base brings a bold, tangy heat, and the large, deviously good pepperonis curl and crisp, dumping just the right amount of spice and flavor into every bite. It’s loud, addictive, and anything but a boring pizza.

The service is genuinely good — friendly, fast, and attentive — and the chicken wings are uncanny for a pizza joint, crispy and surprisingly legit.

That said, it’s not cheap. A pizza for a family of four runs around $30, so it’s more of a treat than a budget stop. Still, the quality mostly justifies the price.

Keeps you home in Lawrence County.

I had the tomato basil dip- essentially tomato soup and bread- amazing! My only complaint would be that I wanted more tomato basil dip- especially for the price. The flavor was spot on though. I also had the Old Faithful. It did not disappoint. The service was wonderful and it was a great overall experience.

The only reason this place is still selling pizza is there is no real pizza competition in Lawenceburg, or Tennessee that I have found for that matter. They used to be the best in town, but now any Hunts Brothers from a gas station is better. I have been here half a dozen times and they consistently have screwed something up on the order, from just not getting an appetizer to bringing a pizza half the size of the one you paid a ridiculous price for.

Today was the last straw. We decided to order a 27 dollar large pizza out. I ordered it online and they automatically default to an 18% tip for a carry out single item order. What in the COVID privileged world do they live in? After paying the bill I immediately received a text message to respond when I was there and they would text me and let me know when it was ready.

Well, 28 minutes after the order was made no text, and they said 25 to 30, so my girlfriend went in to check on the order. The bartender found it just sitting on the bar, not in a warmer. When asked why we were not texted. She said she didn’t know who’s job it was do text that.

YEP, YOU GUESS IT. THE PIZZA WAS COLD AS HELL AND ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SMALL PIZZA ANYWHERE ELSE, DESPITE HAVING BEEN ORDERED AS A 27 DOLLAR LARGE.

LAST DIME FROM ME. Someone please open a real authentic pizza parlor somewhere in Tennessee. BTW. Their pizza is not that good. On par with Papa John or Dominos at best. Not real authentic pizza, by any stretch or the imagination, IMO.
