We bought take out, BLT was awesome, fries too, wife had chicken bites, loved it all BUT, The most awesome memorable item, to make me want to return from NC was the sweet hot sauce made with peaches, vidalia onions, cane sugar, and peppers, not real hot, just right, and VERY unique!!! I plan on contacting them to have some shipped!!! There was also 3 girls there who had ridden their horses 1.5 hrs to eat and return home…. I mean, the horse ride was unique and obviously worth the trip!!!

Walked in after leaving a funeral with my family and nobody greeted us .we had to figure it out for ourselves. The food was fast and great, but the service itself was lacking…the cashier was extremely friendly to the locals, but never spoke to us at all. I had a different experience today and I have changed my review. I don’t know what happened, but my chicken wings looked nothing like the chicken breast usually did. The grease had to have been dirty because the wings were almost black, even with the Chipotle sauce and I had 2 big fries and 1 inch crumbs. I am so disappointed, Mr. Jack tried to redo the wings. They were OK, but that grease made the second batch dark as well. That’s why they get a 2 star because he tried, but nothing like my previous experiences. Sometimes you just can’t eat in every Mom and Pop restaurant when traveling, I’m just saying…

We have eaten pepper Jack’s atleast 10 times in the past 3 months. The wings and tenders are spot on. I like crunchy fries so I specify that because they are soft to my liking. My wife had the fried flounder Friday night and it was delicious. The sandwiches and salads are always a nice option. I don’t think you can beat ther food for the price. Good food, friendly staff, reasonably priced… total hit with our family.

Went to the drive thru and was felt rushed and acted like they didn’t care. Wasn’t professional like usual. Service was benign. Manager didn’t seem like they really cared when told about their staff being rude. Younger staff need to be better with hospitality and service.

We absolutely love this place.The have the best wings and onion rings.Highly recommend getting wings dipped in the mild sauce.The fried flounder is always good too.I need to try some other things off the menu but I always stick to my favorites.Also the prices are good compared to other places.
