EDIT: I’ve been two times since they opened and my experience has been awful. Today the food was literally rancid and rotten tasting. I threw it away. On top of that my order was super late. I’d rather run the risk at the other chipotle locations. Atleast there I won’t get rancid food.
First time ordering from this location instead of Cascade Crossing in off of Tiedman. WOW I’m impressed and will be returning! Ingredients were super fresh and my chipotle bowls were filled to the brim. I haven’t had this experience at Chipotle in years!

Such horrible experience! I ordered mobile picked up for a simple bowl order. However Chipotle managed to mess up the order anyways. I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies and queso for $1.60 extra. I received a bowl without the queso and the portion was so little! I heard Chipotle has gone down hill but I witnessed it for myself. Horrible location! If I could give a zero I would!

Ordered from app a family meal that supposedly fed 4-6, but barely fed 3! Put order in at 415 for an 840 pickup and had to wait until 905 to get food! Upon getting order, there was no lettuce, no queso, and no corn salsa! Chicken was Cold after 5 minute ride home from restaurant! Order was made at 415, so it not being ready is completely Wrong and messing up the order by shorting in amount of food and shorting order by not fulfilling order is Unacceptable! Do Better for Sake of other customers!

While the food was fine the level of service was less than up to par. Because the lady did not understand or comprehend what I was saying to her as I was saying it. When asked to speak to the manger they never came out. Very badly run very very dirty and the staff needs better training. Will never visit this establishment again. Will continue to go to the one in my neighborhood. Very sad chipotle.

Honestly the food is really good. They had their food super stocked up to which was nice. But the biggest turn off in that place is the people that work there. Honestly, where is a manager?
The kind girl who was doing the vegetable toppings gave good portions. It seemed to me like it was maybe her first couple of days? As if she’s still training. But her employees are disgusting. They saw that she was backed up with bowls, people are waiting so instead of giving her a hand, they stood there and ran their mouth about her. Then they had the audacity to run their mouth to the CUSTOMERS! I was appalled. The one guest in front of me had only one leg, do you know what this employee asked him “what happened to your leg man??” The disrespect. I could instantly tell the customer was uncomfortable.
Let’s go back to the employees running their mouth about another employee because she’s moving a bit slow. I go to get napkins and a fork and guess what? Trash all over the floor, forks not stocked, napkins not stocked. It looked like a drink spilled and left sticky spots everywhere. But they have the AUDACITY to talk about that poor girl while they can’t even do their job and make sure the restaurant is stocked properly and cleaned.
I’m just so disappointed, that was my first time there to.
I don’t know who’s managing that place but whoever is needs to get their staff in check or hire a new manager. I was a manager for 6 years and NEVER had my employees talk the way these employees were. Gives a bad name to chipotle.

Whenever I crave Chipotle, this is my go-to location. I don’t know what the other reviews are on about because I’ve never had bad service or bad food from here and I get it a couple times per month. The staff are always welcoming and kind, and the food is delicious. I literally drive past other Chipotle locations to come to this one.

This location never has my order ready for pick up when its expected. Multiple times I’ve come to pick up and they haven’t even started making it yet. Sometimes they ask me to go back around the building and get back into line so it doesn’t mess with their drive through timer. What a joke.
Edit: got home and realized they also made both of my orders incorrectly. So that’s the cherry on top, I suppose.

This location is TOP NOTCH. I have NEVER gotten food this good! You can tell they take their time getting it right. Everything looks good. My daughter said it was the best chipotle she’s ever had.
