We want your wedding to be the best day of your life. We make your dream wedding cake a reality. Stop in and try one of our delicious treats from cookies, croissant doughnuts, a homemade toaster pastry, slice of cake or one of our gluten sensitive and vegan doughnuts. Finding the right desserts for our wedding was honestly one of the hardest parts — we’re gluten-free, and that can sometimes mean settling for options that look better than they taste. Too Sweet Cakes was an incredible find.
We scheduled a tasting just one month before our wedding, and they were so accommodating. Their tasting menu was generous and very reasonably priced, which helped us confidently choose our desserts. We ended up ordering a lemon cream cake along with assorted dessert cups, mini donuts, and mini cupcakes — and everything was completely gluten-free.
The desserts were a huge hit with our guests — many went back for seconds (and thirds!). The churro donuts and chocolate mousse dessert cups were especially popular. The lemon cream cake was truly one of the best cakes we’ve ever had.
If you’re looking for high-quality gluten-free desserts that don’t feel like a compromise, you can’t go wrong here.

Food and coffee were great. Highly recommended! Front of house customer service person was very rude. Told us to “be patient” when we moved our donuts from the counter to our table prior to completing payment. A table fully visible to the counter.

We had a wonderful experience ordering our wedding cake and other desserts from Too Sweet Cakes! We live out of state, and it was very easy to communicate with the shop via email. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and our desserts turned out amazing! We ordered the macarons, croissant donuts, and wedding cake. All of our guests raved about how delicious the cake was. Highly recommend!

I live in Portland and ordered a Birthday cake for my daughter who lives in Bend. I ordered it early as it was a delivery.
My order was cancelled and the first person who actually spoke to me was the Door dash delivery person who was very nice and explained that he’d waited there for 30 minutes and was told they didn’t have my order.
Several calls and emails later as well as a snarky girl asking if I wanted to order $70 worth of pastries as there were no other cakes available. I was being extremely flexible, and communicated that I’d do whatever worked. I’d already been charged $77.00 and was also told that the owner Shelbi would have to Ok a refund.
I was also told that Shelbi was in town and would call me.
She never called. She finally answered an email, and said a baker could make the cake the next day.
My daughter finally got her birthday cake the next day, but the Unicorn Cake looked nothing like the picture on the website.
Never received an apology, phone call to follow up, alternative when my order hadn’t been made.
A lot of blame to the third party delivery and website. Customer service lacking in every way, and no responsibility. I was even told the little Birthday card would be extra.
Again I said sure, since there was clearly not going to be any resolution. Shelbi and staff certainly didn’t go out of their way or care. I realize it was a birthday cake, not the end of the world but Shelbi and staff do better.

They were so responsive, nice, and helpful. And the wedding cake I ordered was really pretty. They did exactly what I wanted. So this review comes with a bit of a wince. The cake was the most dry cake we’ve ever had. It tasted good, but so dry most people didn’t finish eating their slice. Bummed. Maybe just a fluke?

My son got married the end of July 2025. The cake we ordered was horrible. The frosting was separating, and it tasted so stale. My sister called and they told her they didn’t deal with complaints. Someone else does that for them. She took my sisters name and number. Here it is October 2025 and still no call. I would not get a cake from this place. Walmart cake tasted better. Customer service finally contacted me and said there was never an email sent to them. Once she seen it it was taken care of immediately in November 2025. The representative was very courteous.

While visiting Bend for my birthday, I found this bakery to order a cake from. I wasn’t familiar with the area so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I could not have been more pleased with my cake! It looked fantastic and tasted delicious! It was also much larger than I had expected and was more than enough to feed everyone! They were responsive over email when ordering as well. I was extremely happy with the entire experience!

Absolutely delicious. Picked up coconut berry and lemon berry cupcakes, and everyone raves about how good they were. Soft and fluffy cake, light buttercream frosting. What a cute store, too. They had a lot of great looking pastries and donuts available. I will definitely order from here every time we need sweets.
