Love this place! I’ve been looking for a chinese take out place that consistently has good ratings since it seems its hard to find throughout milwaukee and this is a great spot! Theyre so quick to make the food, no longer than a 10-15 min wait and the food comes out hot & fresh with the traditional take out flavor! Whole family who works here is super nice too!

Great take out Chinese spot. The crab Rangoon were really great. The place was hoppin’ with to go orders when we picked up. Food was super hot and fresh. It’s definitely not an “eat in” place. They a couple tiny tables.

Happy Wok is a family owned business that we love to support. Mom and dad are usually cooking and the kids might answer the phone. Happy wok is our go to for carry out Chinese food. Order accuracy is always correct. Portion of food for price is great and has great flavor.

1. Huge egg fu Yong portions. You get two of them. I appreciate that, but I would prefer the one piece with more rice portion to enjoy.
2. It’s cooked to order. Fresh and hot.
3. There is no dining space, but that’s ok.
4. Was greeted with kindness.
5. Food was good. Great portion sizes. Not authentic in the way I was hoping but that’s on me as a customer to add and specify all that I would like added. Chef Protégé rating is 6.9/10.

I placed a carryout order in person and it was ready in a typical amount of time. The food was good but the portions were small and I was only given a couple of packets of sauce to go along with my meal. The place was clean but is only for carryout, not eat in. It struck me that they are monetarily challenged and are passing that on to their customers.

I purchased 3 dinner meals here on Christmas Day and will not be returning. Mongolian beef had way too many large onions and carrots. Cashew chicken was mostly cashews with very little chicken and included baby corn, carrots and celery—not enough chicken. Shrimp egg foo young included an unusually large amount of green peas which gave it an unpleasant taste. I was given 4 packets of soy sauce for all this food. $48.00 wasted on subpar food. Last time I’ll go here!

The standard Americanized Chinese food experience with a fortune cookie. About $10-$12 for a meal big enough to feed 2 people. I’m 200 lbs it’s more than enough for just me. I struggle to finish.
It’s decent food with big sizes and sometimes a bit too much oil. Best of all cheap prices.
I come here after work. Only thing I’d change is have less oily food. That’s all. But it’s so good so I don’t care.

I ordered the chicken lo me in and it was a huge portion, good and only $7.55. They have the place COVID proof with barriers separating the lobby from the cashier 100%. Will eat at again.
