The food was fresh, phenomenal – absolutely perfect breakfast. This place is so cute and cozy—it genuinely feels like you’ve walked into your aunt’s house for a meal. There’s a table tucked in the back corner where a group of older Greek men were yapping away loudly, which somehow made the whole experience even better and more authentic. The staff is unbelievably kind and welcoming, the kind that makes you want to linger a little longer.

Very busy, little diner with good food at a decent price. The portion sizes were fair and food quality was very good too. They are very busy, if you have a big group be prepared to wait for seating.
The staff were polite and you can watch them cook your food at the grill which is in plain sight. There is booth and counter seating, along with a few tables.
Parking is free and ample.

The food was amazing, but what stood out the most was how hard the guy taking our order was working and serving everyone and shaking the hand of guests. I honestly think he may even own the place. This was a one of a kind place. The other staff was amazing too. We were traveling from Florida and stopped in here. I wish we had other restaurants with kind of service. The food was also spectacular!!!

My weekday breakfast was hot and delicious, served promptly and with a smile. Portions we’re reasonably sized, and an excellent value for the experience. Get the upcharge pancakes with your meal, they’re so large they are a meal onto themselves. If you’re solo or a small group, pop a squat on a stool. It’s a disappearing experience and not to be missed.
I have many fond memories of this place, and will continue to visit when I’m nearby. I hope you can make some memories of your own at Goldy’s.

If you’re looking for a small, Chicago-style, mom-and-pop restaurant, you’ve found it! This place was awesome—the food was hot and fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back! I came on a Saturday morning when they were very busy and still got seated immediately, even with a party of five!

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff here are fantastic. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm good morning from the cooks and the waitresses, even though they were slammed. We took spots at the counter so we could watch the cooks work their magic. Those two were so much fun to watch while we ate. They’re very skilled and put out delicious food. Everything they made looked amazing, from the omelettes to the salads. We ordered a corned beef hash and two eggs with ham and hash browns. Everything was fantastic. We can’t wait to go back!

First time here and the diner exceeded my expectations! I’ve been to so many breakfast places I’ve lost count and never felt impelled to leave a review about a breakfast skillet until now. This is hands down the best skillet I’ve ever had. I ordered the meat w/veggies skillet with pepper Jack cheese. Instead of toast I ordered the pancakes, which were bigger and tastier than I expected as well. The atmosphere is cute too & staff are super friendly. Looking forward to taking friends and family here!
