Ordered a pizza at 6:18, got a confirmation email to come by 7:08-7:18. Arrived there at 7, and place was packed. When we finally made it to the counter, they checked our order and told us it would be another 45 minutes (this was at 7:15). We cancelled our order due to the ridiculous time. Cashier was dealing with a lot of frustrated customers, but still did a good job of lowering tensions.
However, the rest of the store seemed unbothered despite how busy it was, and most of the people that had come to pick up had cancelled their orders as well. Whenever someone checked their order, they would call out inconsistent times estimated for when their pizza would be ready, despite us being able to see the web order on the big screen. I don’t drop 1 star reviews usually, but this store is beyond incompetent and wasting most of their customers time and money, and treats the people that come in like they’re the stupid ones expecting a pizza on time. Just avoid this store.

Sadly one of the worst Papa Johns. Waited for 10mins with out being acknowledged by any of the four workers. Pizza was cold, next to no sauce. Ordered two hours in advance for a future pickup time; arrived 15min early from scheduled time. The 6 pizzas I ordered were already cold. As far as I could tell they put the order through at time I placed the order not seeing the time it was scheduled to be picked up.

I’ve ordered from this location many times, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I placed an order through the app and arrived after receiving the notification that my pizza was ready. When I went into the store, I was told to wait outside and informed that it would be another 20 minutes, even though I had placed the order well in advance. Several other customers who came in for their pickups were also told to wait in their cars. What made the situation worse was the employee’s rude attitude about the delay, especially since the app clearly indicated the order was ready. I normally wouldn’t say anything, but being told my order was ready only to wait nearly 30 more minutes in the parking lot was unacceptable. I’ve ordered from this location many times before, and the pizzas are usually ready in about 10 minutes, sometimes even faster. This was a major letdown compared to the usual service.

Placed an order at 10:15 for a 11:45 delivery. Contacted delivery driver via door dash and they discontinue our delivery because the staff was being so rude to them. So now we can’t get our delivery. Called the store and was on hold forever. Took over two hours to get our pizza.

I always have a wonderful experience every time I go into the store. The manager is always polite and helpful and she put up with a lot and definitely deserves to be acknowledged for that and how she handles her employees as well as customers is top notch! She is fair and actually listens to the person. She handles customers and employees very professionally!

Lack of training and leadership lead to poor products. On Sunday 20 September 2020. I ordered three pizzas online as we have for the past 13 years ( that is the very disappointing thing). I put instructions to ring the doorbell and leave order. I was working in my garage and have a bell out there. About the time I was supposed to get our order my dog kept barking, not thinking of it I continued to work. Thinking my food was late I went to check and there it was, Luke warm pizza!
Now we open the box to give my grandson his half of pepperoni pizza and what do we find? Incompetence! Order clearly states: half 1 jalapeño
Half 2 pepperoni. My dog was happy because instead of giving me what we ordered we get both toppings combined on whole pizza. Then when we go to get a slice the pizza was not cut! None of the pizzas were cut! When I called I got hung up on six times (have Xfinity and a record of). So I filed a complaint online. I get an email back basically telling me I have to call. So I did. And I talk to some Kim. That has nothing but excuses. After talking to an obvious under twenty-five year old that will not take responsibility for their errors and admitting she was the manager that day. So of course now I am making threats to her because I demanded my money back as the only solution or I will inform people of her obvious lack of skills and leadership. As manager do you not look at the ticket before you put it in a box? Do you not train your people how to cut a pizza or was that you the manager that made the errors and can not admit to your errors? The excuses of DoorDash is understandable but when all you want to do is give an excuse, grow up and learn to take responsibility for your actions!
Do not believe that anybody from this Papa Johns has contacted me as of 10/15/2020, again shows the childish nature of owners and employees.

I tried to use a gift card from my wife’s employer. Tried to checkout and got an error message about can’t authorize account ID or something to that effect. I called the store and the guy told me to select cash and use the gift card when I picked up my order. I tried that and got the same error. I called the store back and was told to call the number and select option 3 to get to the call center. I did that and the person at the call center hung up on me before I could even start explaining my problem. No supper. Don’t tell me to DM with my papa rewards email. What if people don’t have Papa Rewards? Some people don’t want to have to agree to the terms, have their purchases recorded, or get constant ads. They just want to order a pizza without jumping through a bunch of hoops.
