Nobody acknowledged me for 5 minutes and finally I was able to get someone’s attention to order. They took 15 minutes to make my friend’s order and gave three other people their orders that ordered after him and his order was two simple sandwiches. Overall, unimpressed with the flow and friendliness of the staff.

im honestly shocked that this sandwich was handed out. the bread was far from proofed properly and very very thin. this wouldn’t pass an inspection for size whatsoever so im honestly just shocked more than anything that anyone handed this out. maybe a day old bread sale, but for a #4 is wild. especially for how much everything costs these days it should def be the correct size. dont get me wrong, its delicious! but not the correct size for the price im paying. we just spent $40 for two people and i didnt even get a side, just sandwich and tea (perfectly sweet btw!)

This location is not freaky fast. It is freaky slow. And they mix up sandwiches all the time, so make sure you pay attention. If they would take names down, this would probably solve that problem. You can overhear the employees blaming the customers for taking the wrong sandwich.

I have lunch delivered about once a month to the elementary school that I work at. It is a 5 minute drive from here. So far I have only had a few orders correct.
Food delivered to the wrong school, missing items, delivery delays or delivered so early (earlier than my time I selected) my drink is watery.
Today (3/29/24) I ordered a sandwich and drink. Got the sandwich, no drink. Called and was told it would be out to me as soon as they had a driver, still waiting. Yes, I have received credits to my account but I only get a 30 minute lunch and set up my deliveries so they arrive right before my lunch starts, so that I have time to eat.
Thinking that if I want from here again, I will need to be able to go and pick it up since delivery driver’s cannot get this right.
