First time visiting (2/25) I hit the drive thru and ordered a #2 w/ Dr. P, medium. Quick and easy, no biggie wait, fries were salty and tasty, burger was hot and delicious and made complete. Thanks

Lady is rude, and they make you pull forward to the mobile order slot in the drive thru to save time on their little timer inside. It’s annoying. Probably the worst Wendy’s in Norman.

I was in the store Saturday night for dinner. The female manager on duty was very rude to the staff and not friendly at all. The fry station i guess was apart and the fries were cold. If I could do a negative rating I would. Every time I come to this Wendy’s and she is working the service is horrible. I don’t know how she still has a job. She is the worst manager. I really hope something is done about her. Every review I have read is negative and usually because of her. I don’t know what she is doing to keep her job but upper management should really look into replacing her.

11/22/25< came back on lunch this day due to the day before being adequate and Pleasant but on this day everything was superb the order process, the cash process, the delivery window, customer service excellent and it was the best sandwich I have ever had from Wendy's hence why I brought it up to 2 stars it will not go up further until I know that this excellent restaurant no longer has a bad seed. 11/21/25>came through drive-thru on this day with superb customer service, excellent food, rapid service and at window introduced self of being the review writer and was given an apology from the manager that was working at that time and found out that an employee that’s very cheerful and competent is leaving due to the manager initially written about still employed there an still in management position. >I am a property manager that resides nearby, I just finished a 10 hour shift and desperately needed some fresh air and a Wendys salad, I walked the 6 mins to the restaurant at 10pm because nowhere did it say that the restaurant hours closed at any other time but 1:00 a.m. the doors to the restaurant were locked I walked up to the speaker at drive-thru was ignored at the doors was ignored at the windows was ignored at the speaker and when I finally got up to the pickup window the the nasty unkempt manager I’m assuming, told me that I had to walk back to my residence to get my car because it’s a safety issue and I cannot be served! Nowhere on the website or online does it say that restaurant closes at any other time at 1:00 a.m. so I was nice and I walked back to my car and I drove through the drive-thru, when she took my order I asked if the picture on the menu was the salad that I was ordering and she very rudely stated she doesn’t know what picture is on the menu! She was rude, snide, and laughed about turning me away to the other employees. The chicken on my salad was all Gristle and chewy and the lettuce was wilted the salad dressings were warm and I never got a receipt. I manage a business where one star Google review will ruin 10 /5 Star Google reviews, my property currently stands at 12 five stars, just this month alone! This woman has nothing but horrible reviews yet you still have her on your staff shame on you! I will be contacting Wendys corporate with a request for a full refund I want an apology from her. I will make it my mission that she recieves an honest review…..every single day. My reviews just reached the 3.5 million mark. For her to run down disabled employees to swear in front of employees and customers and to serve this food that way and to turn someone away and close the restaurant early is absurd and disgraceful, this town is overrun with hard-working people that don’t have homes that desperately need a job and this woman should not even be near food or the public. The public is speaking up against this on a weekly basis with no response and no resolution their protests are falling on deaf ears, so I am turning up the volume.

Wish I could give negative star rating… food quality is the worst for any fast food in the entire town. Old fries that are beyond over salted, burnt burger patties, chicken Im willing to bet has been kept way past it’s hold time! I would only recommend you go to this Wendy’s if you want to get sick or eat old food thats been sitting too long. I am truly shocked this place is even open.

establishment a 0 i would. terrible service. was rushed to order even though there was no one behind me and it was only 8:30. the little boy taking my order was so rude and had an attitude from the beginning. when my food did come out i noticed they gave me honey mustard instead of bbq. i thought no problem ill just go in and ask for some. when i go in the actual restaurant the place was dirty and all the employees were just standing around talking amongst themselves. i ask for the bbq sauce explaining they gave me honey mustard instead and the say its pay per sauce. i tell them they made a mistake because i would never order honey mustard ( i don’t like it at all) they hesitantly give me the sauce and as im walking out one of the employees goes “it’s not our fault she ordered that. its pay per sauce don’t just give that out next time!” to the girl who gave me the sauce. yall really wanna be stingy over some damn sauce and talk BEHIND a costumers back like that ? mm mm

It was a McDonald’s cheeseburger for $21 and we paid over $10.99 a piece, 22 bucks and um, it barely had any bacon on it. It didn’t have any anything good on it. The fries were better than the hamburger. We will never go there again. We don’t recommend anyone to go there again. The dreadlocks had no hair net for both people who made the hamburger. The people who worked there didn’t apologize, they didn’t say hi, they didn’t say thank you, they didn’t say, you’re welcome. They didn’t say Goodbye. We will never go there again. They’re rude. Hateful The food was disgusting and Goodbye. You are history and I can’t wait to put it on social media. I have fifteen million followers bye, wendy’s. Do those 2 pictures look alike to you? No

I placed an order in the drive through tonight. Pulled up to the window gave the manager my card. She handed me my drinks. And asked me to hold on she is having problems with their credit card system. After waiting 25 mins for her to reboot the system three different times. She asks me if I had cash. I replied no I only have my cards. She then was rude and hateful and said she can’t serve me and slammed the drive through window closed on me. I sit there in disbelief and disgust. She finally came back to the window and I asked her if that was my order that was sitting on the counter by the window she replied yes. Which mind you my order had been sitting there the entire time she was messing with the credit card system. She again replied no payment no food and slammed the window closed again.

This wendys was horrible I think I counted at least 6 employees and it took forever to do 2 kids meals which I didnt even get drinks for. I picked up a mobile and ordered 2 kids meals got my mobile order then an employee asked me “did you forget something”. I told her “yes I have an order im waiting on”. The manager i assume was really rude to his employees and didnt seem to want to help anyone. I think its horrible you can watch them make the food cause that is really bad to see. We stopped for a second time on the way home to get our free frostys and whoever is running the drive thru is just as rude as the others. This wendys needs some help.

I just purchased a #1 combo with a single burger, fries and a lemonade at around 6:30 on 8/23/25. Everything was in the sack so no problem there. The lemonade was just fine. I had to rush home, but when I opened the burger is was dried out and cold. It looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while like a cold hockey puck. The fries were also completely cold and limp. Unfortunately I could not go back to the Classen Wendy’s where I purchased it. This was not the food I have come to expect from Wendy’s. The burgers are usually juicy and hot, and the fries are not cold and limp. I’m very disappointed with the low quality of my meal this evening
