Ordered a meal from the app 10 minutes before I showed up at the drive thru. It was 9:30 pm and there were not a lot of cars there. I was told that my order would take 10 min so I should park at a spot and wait for them to come out. They also mentioned the store was closing, which is not great because it says “open until midnight” on Google maps. As time passes, multiple cars are parked like mine and confused customers are getting out and heading to the window. The staff just looks out and shrugs. They don’t seem to really care at all about anything. I got my meal after 40 minutes of waiting, and they even forgot to give me one of my 3 chicken tenders. The food wasn’t even that great. This Popeyes location needs a lot of improvement. I used to like Popeyes a lot, but the service is not great.

Have ordered deliver and pickup here a few times. They consistently get the order wrong or short you on the pieces. Yesterday I ordered 9 pieces and only got 7. This is consistent and seems intentional.

They make everyone pay then tell you to park only to take over 30 minutes to bring your food out. There was only 2 cars ahead of me . Why would it take over 30 minutes to bring out a 2 piece combo smh. If I hadn’t paid already I would have left already. Make no sense . This is always the case at this location pay and park and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes even when it’s not a long line

I went to pick of some food for my family and requested chicken tenders. Very easy to comprehend that I just wanted tenders but I was given fried chicken with the bones in it. I went inside to explain why my order was wrong and the lady working the drive through was aggressive and did not apologize for getting my food wrong. She made it look like she was the victim and was loud annoying and obnoxious about it. The only time I would ever go back here is to piss off that lady. Food was terrible and service was shit. DO NOT EAT HERE

The chicken was under cook, the staff was unprofessional. It was like they didn’t enjoy their jobs. This is the newest Popeyes in the, which is closer to my house, but I will continue to drive a little farther the next time.

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive through. Said they were out of one of the items…. Had to substitute it for fries. Already disappointing…. Then, they say “I need you to pull up there.” And mak me pull up past the window to wait for my food. I wait for TEN MINUTES, (mind you this is a small simple order) watching 6+ cars pull up get their food and drive away. Finally I guess they decide to give me my food, instead of walking out and giving it to me since THEY made me pull up, the employee SCREAMS out the window “CAN YOU COME BACK?” I don’t move, and she yells again. Reluctantly I reversed back to the window. She rudely hands me the food. ALSO, forgetting my drink entirely. But at that point I didn’t even care anymore. Do not go to this store…..

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Placed an online order at 5:30pm to be ready at 7:00pm. I arrive at 7:00pm and tell them I am picking up an online order. 7:30pm and still do not have my food yet.

They are very unprofessional in the evening. After I sat in the drive thru for several minutes with no communication I saw this woman ask me “if I was picking up a mobile order.” When I answered “no” I saw her take the headset off and then proceed to ignore me and the other cars in the drive thru.

All the bad reviews i seen … i would work here just to teach the crew customer service or at least be the example with exceptional food service . I came here once and some lady got on the speaker and was rude off top and this is when they first opened . I pulled off and never returned .
