I usually don’t leave reviews for chain locations. However, I need to leave one for the staff, more specifically Patrick, as he was so kind and welcoming. He was so understanding when I, unfortunately, spilled my drink. He even offered to replace it. Definitely the best service I’ve experienced at a Starbucks location! Thanks Patrick and team!

For a place that has only been open for about a month it looks so dirty and unkept. I placed on online order for 2 drinks, when we walked in we were greeted and then waited at the register for an employee. After a few minutes of watching the 2 baristas, the manager came out and apologized for the wait. We told him we were waiting for an online order and then he went to the back. During the wait I noticed that a few of the tables had crumbs on them, there were straw wrappers on the bench, a chewed up straw on the chair, the floors were disgusting. Crumbs around the base of the tables, flies in the pastry cabinet, and when someone took out the garbage and put it on the ground, coffee had leaked through the bag onto the floor and the liquid was left there(safety hazard). The bathroom wasn’t any better. Looks like they had never been cleaned since they opened. I got to observe all those because my order took over 20mins. I got one drink maybe 7 mins from entering the store and the 2nd drink 20mins later. I was in the store mid afternoon, only 1 couple came in after use (and left before) , and 3 drive through orders. I started cleaning the store since no one else was doing it. We were the only ones in the store and after 15mins of waiting, the young man finally asked us what we were waiting for. After telling him the young girl that was working said I got it, but I saw her make 3 drive thru orders while I waited for my second drink. I hate to say that I’m disappointed but this was a horrible 1st experience at our new Starbucks. Went to the Jewel Starbucks right afterwards for a cold brew since this store didn’t have it and got it and out without the 20min wait. I hope it gets better.

This is such a wonderful addition to the Sugar Grove area. The lobby area is large with lots of seating. The workers blew me away!! Their attention to detail is second to none. When ordering a Nitro cold brew online on the app, the wonderful employee waited until I got to the counter to pour the coffee! This was to make sure it didn’t go flat before it could be enjoyed. I’m very impressed. Thank you from the Rush team across the street :)))

Every time we come to this Starbucks it takes forever. Even when we order ahead and the app says the drink is ready, it’s not. This most recent visit, the app showed our order as completed, yet 10 minutes later it still hadn’t even been started.

While waiting, not a single employee acknowledged me or said a word — and the store wasn’t even busy. There were no other customers inside. For the price Starbucks charges, the lack of basic communication and customer service is unacceptable.

If the mobile order timing isn’t accurate, fine — but don’t mark orders as ready when they aren’t and then ignore customers standing there waiting. Extremely frustrating experience and unfortunately a pattern at this location.
