We have never really had an issue with this store, until our last two orders. Everytime we order there’s no cheese on several parts of the pizza. Even if the order states extra cheese. Our last order was three pizzas and all three barley had any cheese. Two of them were extra cheese! I ordered, the steak, pepper, onion, and they didn’t apply the peppers or onions. I ordered online and when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. We will not be ordering here anymore. We are very dissapointed. Maybe we’ll try another store, and hope for the best. If not Domino’s just lost a consistent customer.

Awful!!!!! Waited for my food for almost an hour. It was taken out of the oven and sat at the store for over 30 minuets and still did not leave with the driver. I called and canceled. Order Papa Ginos or go to the location in Lakeville. Theres enough pizza places that you dont need to go here. Last thing you want to deal with when sick.

This place absolutely sucks. I ordered a small Honolulu Hawaiian pizza off Doordash and they delivered a pizza with no toppings and cheese, just sauce only. I called Doordash customer service to redeliver it twice, and both times I got the same pizza with no toppings and just sauce. Shoutout Doordash customer service though because ended up getting all my money back, but please for the love of god stay far away from this hellhole.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. My pizza was very undercooked, the cheese inside the cheesy bread wasn’t melted at all, and they didn’t give me any of my sauces that I paid for. Very disappointing because I was craving a good cheesy bread but nope. Just my luck. Will be going to the Rockland one next time.

Placed an order at 1:21 just received the order now just a bit after 3! I called at 2:15ish to ask what was happening and was told it would be here in 15 minutes.I got notification of delivery driver on the way at 2:30 and we only live ~10 min away. My pizza was hardly cooked and my mom’s pizza was inedible! For the amount of money I paid I’m glad I hardly ever order from them!

I grew uo on dominos , but sadly i have to say last couple of time very disapointed pizza was dry and thei guess was tator tots & baccon nope and this isnt a complicated road big # on house they still miss it, and go down the one way the wrong way????

Sent the wrong food, manager was extremely rude, argued about sending a remake. Then to top it all off told me it was 45 mins for the remake to come(originally ordered at 11pm) and never event sent it! Called twice asking where it was and they said “driver just left” with it. Haha what a joke. The food is the most subpar of any of the dominos around too.

my order on 11/20/22 too about 2 hours, was cold, some items burnt and one box crushed. Staff was rude/patronizing/dismissive when I called to check, excuse was not a lot of delivery drivers available. If you can’t adequately staff for delivery don’t offer it.

That was the worse service and delivery that I’ve ever had from this place. I was waiting for more then one hour and forty minutes for my pizza, and I decided to call to the store to hear that they delivered at the mail room of my building, nobody did ring the bell or call me to inform that my pizza was there. It’s completely cold, and the only thing that a manager could to do was said I am sorry. I am really disappointed that was so frustrated. I guess they probably never could to eat a pizza like that.

Had an issue but the manager was quick with a solution after waiting until the next day for a manager to be in. Very happy with the outcome. Wish they cut fully through the pizza as you can pick it up as a whole after “cutting” or “slicing” it.
