Thursday, 3/5th at 1:30 pm, we stopped by and went inside for a single order of black coffee. We were the only customers in the building. There were 3 employees and not one of them acknowledged our presence. After waiting a few minutes, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed, absolutely no customer appreciation! Will never stop again.

I go to this dunkin almost everyday and today i got treated terribly. I asked for cold foam on my coffee and they heard chocolate cold foam, when i asked if it could be changed to regular cold foam Bailee gave me terrible attitude. She put her body out of the window and started talking with her arms at me. I just don’t understand why she was so angry over a coffee. I’m sorry that i wanted it changed to regular cold foam, i even offered to pay for a new coffee instead and she replied “so what do you want to do about it” and that’s when she was talking with her arms and body out of the window.

Terrible customer service. First they don’t greet you, second they can’t hear your order you have to repeat yourself 2x, and third they give you the wrong order. The people give YOU the stink eye when they are the ones giving you the wrong order. Croissant is drenched in butter and coffee has no sugar when we ordered with 4 sugars. This location and franchise has gone down hill. No consistent staff here, they have staff turn over galore! Last week I went to Starbucks for the first time…TOTALLY different experience. Starbucks is the Chick-fil-A of fast food. Starbucks exceeds their reputation. This is the end of the Dunkin Donuts era for me. Very, very disappointed!!! Bre was amazing. I asked if she would keep or make a gift basket for me for Friday and she said she would ensure one is ready. I am planning to get one for my mom for Christmas. The food was excellent, and exceeded my expectations. Sometimes things take a little while to make, but I never minded it as long as I was spoken to or acknowledged while I waited. It makes me feel not forgotten.
People may have bad experiences here, but patience and understanding, soft tones of voice and asking kindly will allow others to give that in return. The employees are human, and may make mistakes, but be specific and they make it right. Especially when I asked for that tippy top bit of coffee to completely fill the cup. After all, every sip counts!

They are busy and working hard this morning. I am impressed by their focus and still keeping cheerful among the chaos of long lines. This business is going to thrive and always keep me coming back. Definitely worth visiting.

Today I came towards the afternoon. I was feeling kind of down, and I wanted an outing that was affordable. With the $6 meal deal, I was able to come out to this Dunkin. Today my coffee was a little watered down, too much ice, not enough coffee. However, the girl was new, so things are bound to happen. Yes their donuts and such were limited because it is the afternoon, but I was thankful they still had coffee rolls! The lady who was making my bagel today was really sweet. The plain ones were still in the oven, and she offered me another bagel. Her approach to it was welcoming and sincere. I received the everything bagel, and it was perhaps by far the most delicious yet. The bacon was crispy and not soggy, and It was very tasty. Thank you Dunkin team for being awesome.

Speedy but sweet. It was a pleasant experience today. A smile speaks a thousand words unspoken. Believe me when I say it brings joy to my face to see people happy, no matter where they work. This means a lot to me! Thanks for the smiles and thanks for the cheerfulness today!

Please don’t argue or scold employees for mistakes in front of customers! Be nice to your employees, because you never know if an I/O Psychologist is watching. Please pull the associate aside out of view and hearing of your customers to relay a correction request.

Staff is very rude. No one can follow directions. When you place an order, they will enter it wrong, make your drink incorrectly, argue with you that they didn’t make it incorrectly, then get mad at you because you want your drink how you like it and paid for it.

The location was clean, the staff was friendly.
Inside the tables all had phone charging stations which we tested worked with iPhones and a Samsung Galaxy Android device.
However the food was not that good. Some of the sandwiches were cold and the hash browns were over cooked.

I simply love that Dunkin’ Donuts allows you to sit inside and use your computer while you drink coffee. Some of the other establishments.. another corporate chain which I won’t mention.. still does not allow inside dining. This is a newly built Dunkin’ donuts and service was great!

One of the absolute best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to, I’ve been to both Dunkin’s on 50 and the one in minneola and they all have poor service, poor quality items, and poor atmosphere. This dunkin however is very nice on the inside and out, the staff is very friendly and try their best to help you with anything you need and the quality of the items they serve are great as well, WAY better than any other places I’ve been to. Here, you can tell they care. Worth the trip and the prices in my personal opinion. Management is very nice as well

Very disappointed. This location is almost always out of something. Today was no different. The woman taking the order through the drive-thru had attitude and kept cutting me off. I asked for a small iced coffee with very light cream and she added 4 extra pumps of cream which I didn’t notice until I was on the road. It basically looks like milk and is inedible. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I’d rather pay more somewhere else and get less attitude and much better quality food and drink.
