I order quite often from here, but any time I ordered a salad they forget the red sauce most of the time. Today when I ordered the salad, I noticed the sauce wasn’t there and asked for it, they said no. . And I got just plain salad with no sauce. It would be great if you guys took care of the orders. I ordered a salad pod hoping for something fresh and healthy, but my experience was extremely disappointing.
The salad was not fresh at all—the leaves were wilted and looked old. There was a ton of liquid in the salad, which made everything soggy and completely tasteless. It was honestly disgusting to even look at, with so much liquid left at the bottom of the container (video posted). I suspect the salad greens were either spoiled or had been pre-cut hours before being served. It’s a food truck with minimal staff, yet they still charge casual restaurant prices.

Food prep took longer than we thought it would be but the actual food was delicious. Portion sizing was good, we even had leftovers, and the 4 star spice was perfect. Would recommend ordering ahead to save time, but other than that, no issues!

The food was really delicious, although it was a bit spicy for me. We ordered a level 2 spice and my mouth was on fire. We tried the paneer roll, the potato roll, and the chicken roll, all were delicious and flavorful. The prices are a little steep for a food truck and the food took longer than expected to prepare. That said, I will likely be back as the food was good.
