The grilled grouper was awesome! And so were the hush puppies and the vegetables! The chef apparently is from New York. It must’ve really learned how to cook there because he did a fantastic job. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I was a little skeptical before I came of the high rating thinking it might be fake reviews, but now I know why this place is legit. I’m so glad I ate here. By the way, they even brought out a complementary cookie at the end of my meal. It was such a nice touch.

The food here is delicious. We took my Mom for her birthday and really enjoyed it. The homemade dinner roll is very fresh and warm. The salad is very fresh and crispy. The scallops were pan seared perfectly just a little too much pepper. The service is great. The best part is the complementary warm chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal. I would recommend this place to my closest friends. The only complaint I have is the storefront. Whoever the owner of this strip mall is I am talking to you when I say you are wrong for the condition of your building in the front. Take the ugly overhangs down and make it pretty so these people have a chance. I am sure the price you charge for rent is sickening and you can’t fix up the front. Greedy. Thank you

Delicious grilled food. I got the grilled half chicken. My wife got scallops. Both were cooked perfectly with delicious grilled seasonings. The mixed vegetables were grilled. The garlic roasted potatoes were wonderful as were the garlic mashed potatoes.

This is a small gem. The Grilled Scallops were delicious. Seasoned just right servied with roasted broccoli. The service was wondering. They topped our meals off with a complementary warm chocolate chip cookie. It was an enjoyable evening.

When you find a small local spot that gets it right, you brag on it — and Flat Top Grill in Pooler deserves it. Dinner tonight was everything: hot, fresh, cooked to order, and the portions were no joke.
The Cajun fries were so good, the shrimp and fish were crispy and tender, and that grilled sea bass melted in my mouth. Vanessa was awesome, and even the side salad came seasoned (small detail, big deal).
Good people, great food — definitely worth checking out.

As many of the other reviews say, the food was absolutely amazing. The salmon, broccoli, and corn were cooked to perfection. Seasoned well but not overdone. The complimentary chocolate chip cookie was phenomenal. They serve it still warm, and it just melts in your mouth. Flat Top Grill is a must try if you’re in the area.

Every single bite was absolutely incredible! This place is a hidden gem with amazing service and a cozy atmosphere. Seafood was seasoned to perfection and came in very large portions. If you are a salmon lover, theirs might be the best you’ll ever have! Fried items were not greasy and had the perfect crispiness. Staff were so sweet, just like their warm chocolate chip cookies!
