Soo hubby and I looking for a new place to eat in Parker after a long trip from Michigan back to Colorado – we did not feel like eating – so we heard about Bourbon Blues – shared with the waitress it was our first time and she gave us amazing recommendations- the wings and my chicken sandwich! She was right !

The chicken wings we ordered extra crispy and I have to say the rub was delicious on the wings- I mean I ate all the meat of my chicken wings – and that’s not always a thing for me.

I ordered my chicken well to make sure it was cooked and my bacon extra crispy- and to my happiness they have real potatoes to make the French fries!!! My husband got the Cheeseburger and onion rings and they were tasty too! I had to try one – and they were just as good as my fries!

THE ONLY SUGGESTION I WOULD MAKE is spend money on your BUNS! You want your bun to be as fresh as your food! The bun seemed old and tore apart as I ate my sandwich.

It’s a little dark but it’s a bar and grill so it’s perfect for a night out to watch some football! Our table was really clean but it wasn’t that busy –

– Hubby and I really enjoyed ourselves- so we went back a second time – got the same thing – but it was different this time – maybe because it was busy or a different cook but – I’ll still support and again: SPEND SOME MONEY TO HAVE AWESOME BUNS for your sandwiches because the chicken is good!

I went there on Thursday to get the 1/2 off 2nd burger deal, although advertised everywhere, the bartender ‘forgot’ to discount the bill. She said, “Oh you have to ask for it.” What?!?! Then the new bill only had the cash amount listed on it, so it did not match the credit card charge anywhere. 31.81 but was charged 33.24. At a minimum, that is confusing. They should list the credit charge on the bill, then people would be happy to get the cash discount. Just check your bill. The “special” isn’t guaranteed to be there. You have to ask!!! Then they get miffed at you!

Two poor visits in a row. The service was poor with un filled glasses a constant. I ordered a beer and watched the waitress poor the beer back and forth between to glasses several times in an attempt to get rid of foam. This left the beer completely flat. My burger was over cooked and the fries were cold and limp. My wife had to asked multiple times for a refill of ice tea and still never received it. At the time of ordering the waitress asked if we would like ranch for our fries and then charged us for a small cup of ranch. I hate to say it but there are better places to spend your money. You would think given the name of the restaurant that you would receive a properly cooked burger and that they would know how to pour a beer. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place.

Triple B’s – Bourbon, Brews & Burgers is a great spot for quality food, good drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and you can tell they use good ingredients. The menu offers plenty of options beyond burgers too, so there’s something for everyone.

The bourbon and beer selection is excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. Whether you’re into craft brews or enjoy a good bourbon, this place delivers. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, making it a great place to meet friends, watch a game, or enjoy a laid-back meal.

The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, which really rounds out the experience. Triple B’s is a solid local spot that’s easy to recommend and worth returning to.

Always looking for great restaurants not big family chains and 3 b’s was highly recommended by one of my patrons We also happen to run a restaurant in Parker, we got there at 9:15 they close at 10 which is plenty of time to enjoy one of their great burgers and great bourbon drinks, we started with a margarita and a pint of blue moon, a basket of onion rings nice and crunchy then order 3 of their burgers one was for my daughter at home I had the Hawaiian and my wife had the one with the egg both really nice and hot they will trample cherry cricket in a heartbeat when it comes to their burgers, we also order a buffalo trace old fashion and another blue moon and want it to try one of their desserts but at 10: 00 pm on the dot the gentleman who I asked the bartender told me was one of the managers turn off music and all tv’s which was a big turn off, the manager had the personality of a rock nonexistent not a smile not a hi, not a how is your meal?, not is this your first time? if you hate what you do so much go do something that you love, it feels like you hate customers and you forget the are the only reason you have a job, you can have the best burgers, the best Manhattans if guest do not show up you it’s all for nothing , this place has a lot of potential but they have to have employees that love customer service that are eager to serve and provide a great experience with your great food , guests can forgive a not so good meal but never a cold slice of attitude or lack of!! We will come back because bartender and food were great, the bill came about $107.00 one price if you pay cash another if you pay with a credit card while you save on the credit card the guest feels nickel and dime we left a $30.00 tip.

I visited your establishment on Saturday to check out the bourbon selection. I ordered Eagle Rare 12 Year from there drink menu at $23 for a 2.5 oz pour. After being served and ordering a second pour, I noticed the bottle was Eagle Rare 10 Year. When I asked about this, the manager (Chris) explained that they intended to carry the 12 Year but were unable to source it, and that the price would be adjusted accordingly.
However, when the bill arrived, I was still charged the 12 Year price. When I raised this again, I was told it was a typo on the menu, and no adjustment was made. While the food was good and I had hoped to find a great local spot, this experience felt misleading and disappointing. Accurate menus and transparent pricing are important for building trust with customers.
I wanted to share this feedback so you’re aware of how this impacts customer perception

Not recommending to others. Burgers were very thin (not smash, but only a touch thicker than that), excessively salty. Toppings such as mushrooms, caramelized onions and bacon was generous, which if it weren’t for the salt of the burger, you’d never know it was there. Burger meat was also flavorless. I think Costco pre-packed burgers are thicker and more flavor. Fried pickles batter was -ish, wish they used the onion ring batter on it. Speaking of onion rings, those were great, but that was all that was good. “Wedge” salad had too much balsamic that it was not consumable.
For (3) of us, bill came to ~$70 with (2) burgers, (1) salad and (1) fried pickles app. 50% of burgers left behind, 40% of salad left behind and 70% of fried pickles left behind. Service was slow/forgetful, but kitchen took forever and it was not at all busy.

Don’t recommend and won’t go back.

I live very close and really like coming here. The food is good, service is decent, however it is very annoying to have the server just stand there while I pay. Not very long ago I have a server just leave
The machine while I paid. It WAS PERFECT! Please let your servers know not everyone will need help using the card reader, PLEASE DO NOT HOVER!!!
