Absolutely ridiculous experience, I ordered pizza it said pick up in 15 mins, I got there in 20 mins and they hadn’t even started the pizza, another lady walked in and her order hadn’t been started and they told her it would be an hour, then they laughed at her and told her to just leave cause they dont have time. A worker literally quit while this was going on. I got my pizza and it was not even cooked! It was soggy and not even edible. It was basically teen running the store and it was chaos

Ordered delivery from their online site. Was being delivered by DoorDash. Went through multiple dashers who would go wait for a bit and leave. Order ended up being delivered over an hour after the expected delivery time and was wrong. Dasher that waited said the staff was just goofing off and not finishing orders. Won’t be ordering here again.

Worst experience ever, order a cheese pizza with spicy marinara sauce cool right? Wrong, no sauce at all on my cheese pizza tasted like popcorn, would have thought it would have been an easy fix, no the manager told me since she made it herself the pizza cannot be remade unless I wanted to pay.
Called the district manager great service figured out the issue and saved me so much time. I wouldn’t recommend this location if your in a rush.

Horrible experience we ordered box deal and they said everything was there and wasn’t drove all the way home no chicken wings had to drive all the way back .. she said they hadn’t even made them… Omg I give up on eating out period

We bought a gluten-free pizza and the pizza had about seven pieces of pepperoni on it we bought the dinner box and all the pepperonis were stacked up on the center of the pieces of pizza we ordered a brownie and they did not even cut the brownie into pieces they showed a plastic knife in the Box for us to cut it when you pay for service you should get it and when you pay for pepperoni you should get pepperoni will not be going back to Pizza Hut in Delhi

A few days ago, We called in a Stuffed crust pizza to be picked up. I got there about 20 mins later and they claimed they didn’t take any orders for that cuz they were out of stuffed crust. So we ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese, bacon, and Italian sausage. It took them 30 mins to make it and this Pic is what it looked like! The toppings are barely there and the pizza was barely cut. The sauce and cheese had ran all over! It was horrible!
