This is the first time I have ever dine in at this place. I was greeted and well taking care of. I was asked about the quality of the food and it was perfect….The chicken fingers were hot and juicy. Not hard which is a big plus in my book. The fries were hot also and perfectly salted. Coleslaw delicious. Lastly, the Texas toast was perfectly toasted. I was asked about my experience dining in by the person cleaning. Overall this was one of the best experiences. Thank you to Ontario raising canes. And Melanie did a great job checking to make sure everything was cooked well.

There was a bit of a wait. The drive thru setup makes it difficult to navigate. Our order was repeated back incorrectly, so glad we caught that. The employees were trying to be polite, yet so busy. The food was good. The fries were all over the place, some nearly burnt, some barely done. Cane’s sauce was good! Love the bread.

This food was delicious! The woman.
In the drive-through, you did a wonderful job at directing us towards the menu. There was a little bit of a wait but it is new to town, so it is completely understandable. Especially for how good the food is! I have no clue why there are so many bad reviews with only four stars! It’s a restaurant, a fast food one at that. Orders will be gotten wrong, and things won’t be made exactly the way you like it. Because they are not personal chefs! We are only humans! So I am here to make that change and give the 5
This was my first time ever visiting raising cane’s And I was not disappointed! The staff did an amazing job and even interacted with our children! That makes my day as a mother to be able to see my children enjoying conversation with someone who appreciates them being there. Thank you all at raising canes in ontario ohio for making my first experience here the best one yet at a fast food restaurant!! Top teir service!!

Our first time eating at the Ontario Caines was a great experience! They were very busy but we got our food quickly and found a table. Food and service were both great, restaurant was clean! They even have gluten free tenders for my bride. The location is tough to get in and out of when it’s busy but utilize some patience and you’ll manage just fine. As a rule, I never use a drive thru, too frustrating when a mistake is made, and the food is better when you eat in the dining room. We’ll be eating here again.

I was very happy that this restaurant was opening up near us because the only one used to be an hour away.
•Pros:
Good food (as always), fast service and friendly staff. Pretty clean restaurant (but I am only in here on the second day of operation)
•Cons:
Parking lot was a mess. No communication with anyone on where I could park.
The inside of the restaurant had limited seating and they were pretty much all lined up together (picture). I don’t know who designed that but, no! I don’t want to sit down elbow to elbow with every family and hear everyone’s conversations. The only fountain drink machine had people waiting for their food in front of it because of the small space, so you could not get to it without squeezing through the crowd or having people breathe down your neck. There are seats outside but when it’s like 100° or winter or anything else of bad weather, that’s not happening.
I just hope it gets better. I might try the drive thru next time. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I can’t rate food. I was at Mansfield location. After being through drive thru for very long time. I turned around and left. When you served 1 car every 4 minutes . Only using 1 lane. FYI. I was there at 6pm on Friday. I was number 9 in line. There were 8 cars parked including workers. Does say alot..Not sure what the problem was????
Haven’t eaten there yet.

Our first visit to this location was unpleasant. The dinning room is small and there were no seats available during the time we ordered. While the food and service was good, the music was really loud. One of their staff members came up to us asking if everything was OK. I told her all was good except for the loud music. With no apologies, all she said was, “You’re not the first ones to say that.” WOW!! Ok then. As we were trying to leave from parking to head out onto 4th street, we had to wait for traffic that was backed up in the drive thru blocking us in. So….I will not be back.

Tenders are suddenly tiny. Service at this location has been consistently poor. Orders slow, attitude to questions. Had no drink lids and they acted like it was a huge deal that I asked for them since they were out of them. On a to go order. Staff act like every question is a complaint that they are not equipped to handle. The parking lot is awful. Drivethru blocks most of lot, they refuse to use curbside pickup even though have slots for it. The corner is horribly designed. The app randomly signs you out and requires multi level security to access online ordering. The last 2 times in food was not hot and as mentioned 2/3 ‘fingers’ more like nuggets. Have had issues at other locations so think they have a service problem.

The cashier only had Pennie’s she had just clocked in. Super nice person. We gave her a 100 so after she said that we paid the .49
We got $69.01 back
We wait and inform her of the mistake
She “fixes” it
We count & we got $74 back
Still a dollar short but good enough

One of the worst raising Cane’s I’ve been to. The person at the front didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
Like 8 people came in and she freaked out and was really short with us.
The chicken was terrible greasy and fries were uncooked.
All of tables were dirty
