We paid extra for extra sauce and cheese, it didn’t have it. Our crust was not brushed with butter and was dry, Our garlic bread had no butter or garlic…it was plain bread, Our cinnamon rolls had no icing on them. Horrible. Not blaming the 2 17 year olds that were overwhelmed. I blame management. This is the 3rd time we’ve had a bad experience with ordering from this location this year.

I ordered extra sauce, I’m not sure there was any, had to add my own, it was so dry. You know you’ve got great pizza when you bite into it and the melted cheese strings along, this was not that. It was like a crispy cracker with a few toppings. We live in near Eureka and my son loves the Pizza Hut there, but I thought I’d try this on on my way home from work, I won’t do it again. It would be nice if the person making the pizza for you made one he/she would like to eat.

Probably the worst pizza hut I have ever ordered from. Barely any toppings or cheese and pizza was over cooked. Worse than a cheap frozen pizza I could have bought for $4 at Dollar General. I should have read the reviews first. A terrible representation for the Pizza Hut brand.

Got 2 of the 4 pizzas wrong. Would not answer phone. All calls went to an answering service. Answering service “lost” my call 3 times. Drove up to store. Explained the issue, no apology given. Just said they would refund.

Bad service. Called in an order and they said they could do it according to our coupon. Picked up the order and they wouldn’t give us one of the items because their guy on the phone made the mistake. Said the food can just go to waste instead of giving it to us. Left with half our order. They are rude and wasteful. Terrible experience all around.

This is One of a few reviews about Pizza Hut. Sunday July 10th. We ordered Pizza again. It was Delivered & you can tell the pizza was slung around in the Box. I don’t understand why the Owners don’t care who they hire to service your Product. Owners have Never reached out or Ever done anything to make this a Decent place in Pea Ridge. Always bad service. On every level. Staff don’t care, Product is THROWN in the box. This is after I fixed the Pizza. Should have took Pics before. Sad thing is Owner. Because of what YOU let go on here.
