Came here starving after an early evening workout. First I noticed is the positive vibes of the all the staff, very upbeat and very polite to the customers they interact with. The food is of course good and yummy just like in other locations. The atmosphere though didn’t match with the staff, a bit dark and maybe the layout, not sure. Overall experience though is very satisfactory

Bro seriously, the guy serving the food had no gloves he was touching his face, nose, his headset, the equipment, and our food. When we mentioned it he quickly went to wash his hands put gloves on, but by the end of the night (30 min later) he was yet again bare hands handling his face and the food. Our food was delayed more than a few minutes but they forgot the sauces and the drink I bought, then I opened the plate just to find an uncooked piece of meat, I went back to tell them, “manager?” guy he said that’s the way they prepare food. Look at the picture. A few minutes later he came back with some stake (wonder if it was a full portion) then I told him I was not gonna eat any of the food the previously served. They needed to redo the plate, because the raw meat had contaminated all of it already. He needs to get his food license removed or retake the test. He went back again and brought the rest of the order. Finally! They need to focus and do the one job they have, and do it good. No need to rush, we were already waiting. They were all over the place. I’m assuming he was the manager. A black kid with glasses. Blond girl was also very distracted asking a couple times what I asked for. Like man! A plate with stake and chicken and two sauces!! I guess you are hiring kids out of highschool or something but teach them well, we don’t deserve such a poor experience. A plate with food plus a drink is about $17 dollars for such a poor experience.

We ordered online, went to pick up at the time it was said to be ready. The worker told us it would be 5 more minutes and to go around up front and wait for it (we went to pick it up through the drive thru). We waited for 5 minutes and nothing no one. So we waited for another 10 minutes. In total waiting 15 minutes for food that shouldve been already made. We were about to back up and go through the drive thru again but the guy finally came out. But apparently it was just sitting there( the guy told us no one bagged it so thats why it was slow). For 15 minutes it was just sitting there getting cold. And you know what, it WAS cold. Got home took a bite and it was like i had just gotten it out of the fridge. Also we were supposed to get 6 teri sauces. We got 0. ZERO. Thankfully we had some at home cause we are obsessed. But this was just disappointing, we went out and spent hard earned money for cold, old food. NOTE: The store wasnt busy at all. Inside and out. Also the size of chicken is crazy small, usually their pretty big. Not tonight very skimpy.

The cashier seemed to be stressed. They were very good about using the BOGO 50% off. The restaurant was nice and clean.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Nothing but gross fatty pieces of meat!! They were “out of chicken” place use to be great, last few visits have been awful, will not be back they also “accidentally” put shrimp on my plate which is a big no no as I’m allergic to it! 0 stars

I travel to Utah for work and I can tell you that this is probably the best bang for your buck. The amount of meat that they give you and the quality of food is probably our favorite when it comes to fast food type restaurants. There will never be a trip to this area that I will not stop and get this food.

This food is hands down the most amazing food that is close to us. We absolutely love the Teryaki chicken and rice. The Mac salad is absolutely bomb no need for salt and pepper. We have only gone a few times now but every time the staff have been awesome. They all always have a great time with us and we always are laughing and joking with them. Service is pretty quick too. We definitely recommend this place, if you haven’t tried them yet what are you waiting for. Great price especially for the amount of food they give you. 5 stars

The only thing they have going is their sauce and yet they skimp 3 for a meal to make it enjoyable!!!! 1/3 full. I’m surprised they haven’t closed down yet. Eating the meat obviously it’s skimped it tastes old hard to chew possibly cooked 2x??? That’s unfortunate. I am a real foodie I give 2 chances this is my 2nd. Heart broken. Not worth the effort or money, I should have went elsewhere.

Came in to dine this morning on this Rainy day, I usually go through the Drive Thru and always receive great service but decided to stop inside and meet more of the staff, They were all very friendly, attentive, walked me through the menu and helped me out in a quick manner. Thank you Harrison and Henry for introducing yourselves and making this visit memorable! The chicken was a cooked wonderfully, and the steak was nice and juicy. Highly recommend dining in at this location they care about you!!

Went to the Murray store on 1/24/26. Was supposed to get the teri chicken & veggie plate. Only received all chicken. When I asked what happened to the veggies, I was told that I got the chicken. He refused to make it correct. When I left a poor review that’s on the receipt, I received a text from someone named Cameron that they would make it better, but then refused to text me back. I checked my app, text & emails but no additional response. I would stay away from this business.
