I was so angry earlier. I put in an order and it took over an hour, and they weren’t answering the phones. My boyfriend ended up going down to the store.
Turns out their system was messed up due to a storm, which caused a delay, and caused orders to be backed up. They refunded our order and gave it to us anyway because we had to wait so long. And the quality is good, as always. I really appreciate them making things right. Thanks guys!

We made an online order of 50 pizzas. We called first to make sure they could handle it. They said they need a 24 hour notice. It was 48 hours away so I went back online to place the order for carry out. We called the day before pickup to make sure they were aware of the size and time of the order. Not very friendly but they said they would be ready. Upon arrival for pickup they hadn’t even started the order. He said a lady ordered 36 pizzas that morning so they made hers first. The pizzas were not ready for another 45 minutes or so. I am not sure why they would prioritize an order that gave no notice when we gave 2 days notice per their request of not ordering the day of. Thankfully the pizza at least tasted good since everyone had to wait so long for it. Definitely inconvenienced the two people who left work to pick up the order as well as their departments with them being gone for nearly 2 hours.

This is the 1st time I have had a bad experience with this location. Paying for something and not getting what you paid for is not the fault of the customer. Also being treated like a lair is extreamly unprofessional. If you hate your job or your having a bad day is not an excuse to take it out on PAYING customers. Would really like a refund so if a manager could contact me that would be great. Thanks

I’ve lived off Pleasant Ridge Road for around a decade going on now and this Domino’s has been my go to for pizza. Besides having my order delivered to wrong apt on accident once, one slight mistake in 10 years and GPS seems to about always send them to wrong area in my apts, and them quickly remaking my order and getting it to me swiftly this Domino’s has been on point. Today…and I’m hoping I’m getting delivery drivers name correct, Luis possibly Luiz, called me promptly when he was getting all turned around trying to deliver my order. He didnt have change so I could give him a proper tip and he told me no worries don’t worry about it. I asked him to wait so I could run to apt and at least give him a couple bucks for his trouble. Always great customer service and never had an issue with my food order either. Great store and great staff! And if Luis see’s this review I appreciate his awesome personality and professionalism. Go Hawks!!

nice staff except for what ever boy worked the counter today around 3:40pm on 12/13 your attitude is gross and you need better customer service training or to get in the kitchen, but i’ve had too many good experiences to let their one worker ruin this for me. keep up the great work running your new store

Ordered THREE hours ago, Have tried calling several times, And they pickup the phone and hangup instantly without even saying anything. I paid with card and want a refund but can’t if they are just going to keep hanging up. I have screen recorded me calling them and you can hear them do it.

I order a pizza through here on Uber Eats. The person that delivered my pizza called my phone twice. I was not near my phone for those 30 seconds they called. They didn’t leave a message or voicemail. They said my food was delivered when it wasn’t. No picture no nothing. I contacted Uber they couldn’t give me a refund and I’m not gonna bother. How about you tell your drivers to actually walk around and look for the apartment number instead of sitting on their butts in the car? Also not taking a picture at all? Really lazy. Refund or not I am NEVER ordering from here again. It’s a shame I loved their pizza too.

Picked up order of pizza and cheese bread. Cheese bread was a big blob of dough with cheese in the middle. The employee I spoke with (Trina) said nothing could be done if could not bring it back right now. I had just left radiation treatment which is why I stopped to get something to eat. Will not be going back to Dominoes again, any Dominoes. Rather go to the other side of town to get pizza and cheese bread
