I visited this restaurant looking forward to a delicious lunch. While eating the food I had served onto my plate, I found a strange piece of wire, about 1.5 to 2 cm long, in my food. I immediately called the waitress and showed it to her. She took it away and came back later, saying she had told the manager and asked me to wait.
After about 10 minutes, the waitress returned and said they would give me a 20% discount, then handed me the bill and left. When I went to the counter to pay, I asked who the manager was, and it turned out to be the woman standing right next to me. She just looked at me blankly and walked away. Her name is Helen.
I never received a single word of apology from anyone. All I remember is the manager’s strange, cold look. I couldn’t eat any more after that, but I still paid the full amount. The 20% discount meant nothing to me. This restaurant is extremely unhygienic, and the staff are very rude.

So I went to eat everything! But the sushi was so good, I ended up going back for seconds and two plates later I was absolutely full! $19+ tip included food and a soft drink! The customer service was absolutely fantastic and the restaurant was clean and looked great! They also serve beer and a small selection of hard liquor! If you haven’t already been to this beautiful establishment, I would highly suggest it!

I’ve been here several times, most of which were pleasant save for today. I was brought the check before I could finish the first serving of food which, in a buffet setting I consider to be very rude as it implies an urgency for you to leave. There were new faces amongst the staff so I understand ….
It was around 4 pm and the buffet line was in need of some attention. The Sushi Bar was good though, creative and tasty.
The beverage options including alcohol, was refreshing, as most venues such as this do not offer alcohol. I think I will give it another try {Sunday} at an earlier time to see if I can upgrade the experience.
Overall, to date, it has been good and is recommended as a solid dine-in or take-out restaurant.

Service was great. The sushi bar was a pleasant surprise because the seaweed salad was delicious. Prices are reasonable; especially for lunch or Saturday brunch ($12.49). Fried chicken is some of the BEST in town! I would have given 5 stars but my husband said the General Tso (which is his favorite Chinese dish) was just OK. I didn’t try the hibachi grill but I plan to head to that station first next time

This place has been completely remodeled. It was shut down in 2019 because of the tornadoes that went through Tennessee. I can say they have made this place wonderful!! The sushi bar is outstanding. Try the volcano roll.. yummy! You can get hibachi and the hot bar. There is a complete menu you can choose to get something to eat for there or take out. They have a liquor license now. They are adding to the bar all the time. Yes you can get beer here or a mixed drink. The owners of Xiaos’ are wonderful, nice, hardworking and just all around great people. And they are from Lebanon Tennessee. Been here since 1997. My husband and I go there once or twice a week. Two adults buffet with a regular drink will be $36.20. Completely worth it especially for all they offer and being just wonderful people!! I love love love this place♥️

This was our 2nd visit, and each time we’ve been they are constantly putting good fresh food out, sushi is made in house and you can watch it be made. The hibachi grill part of it has a nice selection of veggies and fresh meat. Best sweet tea in town.

The sushi and nigiri were fresh and very good. Our waitress was very pleasant but not really attentive and we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. The hibachi chef was very pleasant and I was very pleased with my food. Overall a very big step up from before their remodel. I would recommend them for a low priced Japanese buffet.

They have let this place go down hill unfortunately. The management wouldn’t put more food out on the buffet even though they would be open for another hour and a half. We ate the small amount of lo mein they had left and ended up with food poisoning. When I told the manager that this place use to be good and we won’t be back she thanked me.
