I’ve been to the Brighton Olive Garden a handful of times now, and your experience will really depend on when you go. The staff is always very friendly, which is a huge plus, but they definitely struggle when it gets busy. On weekends and holidays, the service slows down quite a bit, and food takes a very long time to come out. During the Never-Ending Pasta promotion, we waited 20 to 30 minutes just to get our next bowl. I think this location might just be a bit on the smaller side and gets overwhelmed easily.
However, my most recent visit was on a weekday, and it was a completely different experience! Our server, Kelly, was incredibly sweet, checked in on us frequently, and made our meal really enjoyable. If you want to visit this location, I highly recommend going on a weekday. Otherwise, if you’re planning an outing during a busy weekend, the Thornton location on 120th does a much better job of handling a full house, getting people seated quickly, and keeping the food moving.

The staff was wonderful my waitress doesn’t get any better. I had the endless soup and salad. The soup was good. I really recommend the creamy chicken one, but the salad was gross. It was very yellow and kind of soggy. Not crisp like a salad should be and it tasted funny also But I had the spiked strawberry lemonade, which was good and a shrimp and veggies appetizer that was all fried with a couple of different sauces that were also very good. Everything was clean. Parking was fairly easy, but I did go at lunchtime, not dinner. The manager Jeremy did go by the table very nice and asked about the staff of which I told him they were great, but he didn’t ask me about the food.

DO NOT GO HERE, seriously better off driving to another location. I have been to this Olive Garden on two separate occasions, both of which were beyond unacceptable. The first time I came to this location, my waitress was very nice but my food came out cold & the drink I ordered before even placing my food order, arrived at my table literally when I finished eating my dinner. Though it was later in the evening I went, it was still a few hours before closing but my waitress seemed in a rush to leave for the night. She ended up disappearing before bringing my check, I ordered a dessert on the tablet since I couldn’t find her. Waited about 20 minutes and nothing. Got up and walked to the front letting them know I never received my dessert & they informed me my waitress went home. I brushed it off but my second encounter w this location is what brings me to leave this review.
I placed an order for pickup , checked my food once I got home since it was brought to my car and wanted to avoid same situation as last time. There was a LONG BLACK HAIR right on top of my food. Obviously upset bc I paid for the food and drove all the way there and back home to eat, I called to discuss further. Although I would’ve opted for a refund either way, I was never even offered for the food to be remade or anything but was offered a full refund nonetheless. I was promised a full refund of $42 and change.After waiting a few business days, I noticed they refunded me for roughly 6% of my order, NOT EVEN THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEM THAT WAS COMPROMISED. All of the food that night obviously went in the trash & I am absolutely taken aback at the customer service of this Olive Garden. I am absolutely disgusted with this location from the food to the service, it’s pathetic. Don’t waste your time or money here

Another great experience at Olive Garden. Our server Winter was great. She took great care of us and made sure we always had what we needed. I rated the food a 4 because it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was still really good. I will definitely be back. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Walking into this restaurant, we did not receive a warm welcome—in fact, the opposite. After sitting down, our breadsticks arrived, but they were stale and hard. When we asked the server for a fresh batch, she quickly brought us a soggy salad that’s overloaded with dressing, has lots of cabbage, and no croutons. I don’t want to work 11 hours then go out to eat with my family only to be treated poorly and served bad food. We hoped our local Olive Garden would be just as good as our usual one, but we are very disappointed.

Our server Avonna was amazing! She was very attentive and was on top of all refills. She also laughed at all my boyfriend’s jokes lol and joke back . Will definitely be coming back and recommend this place.

She has empathy with my condition and contact the supervisor to make sure they can modify my meal. Thanks Lorena and her supervisor I Eat really good. As someone living with Crohn’s disease, finding a place where I can eat safely and enjoy time with friends is not always easy. Your willingness to adapt the menu and provide me with peace of mind means so much to me.

The layout of this location is great. Staff is very friendly and polite! A young gentleman host ran out to hold the door for my elderly disabled grandmother. The food comes out hot and quick. No complaints

We had the Cheese Ravioli and Five Cheese Ziti with a side of salad. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauces were flavorful with a nice kick. The salad was fresh and crispy, as always, and the Italian dressing was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated.
