I had such a great experience at Outback and I have to give a shoutout to our server, Kriston. From the moment we sat down she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked on us at the perfect times, made great menu suggestions, and made sure our drinks were always full.
You can tell she really cares about giving good service and making sure customers have a great experience. Our food came out great and the whole visit was smooth and enjoyable because of her.
If you get Kriston as your server, you’re definitely in good hands. She made our night at Outback even better!

My wife and I recently visited and both ordered ribeye steaks. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. My steak was served cold, and my wife ordered her steak medium well but it came out medium rare.
The service, however, was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
Good service is appreciated, but the food quality and preparation really need improvement.

Me and my son went there for lunch. The customer service was phenomenal and we felt very taken care of. Our waitress was amazing very attentive and always with a smile. She did an amazing job ! I didn’t get her name, but I remember her saying that she was from Massachusetts ! I also loved how the managers came around to make sure that everything was good and greeted us with happy and smiling faces! I ordered a Strawberry kiwi margarita and it did what it needed to do !! Steak was cut the way that we love it ! Everything was great thank you!!

Ordered a salad and potato soup and my husband ordered a burger and upgraded fries to french onion soup. My husband got his soup first and my soup and salad showed up with his burger. My soup was microwaved and was only hot in one spot. I can only assume that they microwaved this soup and did not bother to stir it and let it sit while the burger was cooking. Not rocket science. Annoyed that I had to watch my husband eat his soup then had been served soup that was not hot. Is your kitchen staff that lacking that they don’t know that microwaves have hot spots in the cooking process? I may as well just gone to a fast food place. The service was great and the atmosphere was good too but I was there for a hot meal. We order food to take home too however I don’t think I will be back to any of your locations because the kitchen is not trained on how to microwave cook. The easiest of all the cooking methods in my opionion.

We waited 45 mins for our salads and another 30 mins for our entrees. The chicken and shrimp were doused in Cajun seasoning. I sent back my meal. The owner had to bus our salad plates because they were never picked up. They did take off my entree but the total was over $100 for three of us. Not worth the money.

The people were super nice on the phone and in person. I ordered a pick up blooming onion and the app never said it was ready after an hour of waiting so I called. They said it had been ready so I got there and picked it up. I came home and it’s sooo so soggy and nasty honesty. I’m sure it would taste better if I was able to pick it up when it was actually ready, but again, I was never notified. I only for a message saying it was almost ready and sent a link for check in. On top of it one of the sauce lid was not on properly and spilled all over. Edit: it’s not even cut so at this point it’s not even edible lol just pure onion.

We have visited this location 3 or 4 times since it opened. Food has been great each time. Their Rib Eye is one of the best steaks, flavor wise I have eaten, not far off from Gordon Ramsey Steak or Peter Lugers. It is perfectly, highly seasoned. The servers have been excellent as well.
One complaint… awkward hostess station and waiting space, not even an area. I guess the footprint for the structure was too small to allow for or perhaps poor planning by Corporate. Of course, no one’s fault at the location. Just my .02.

Such a great addition to our growing town!! We came here for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Bloomin onion is always delicious, and our server Monica was super attentive and sweet!! Will definitely be adding this to the date night rotation
