ordered a churro latte and an avocado toast, got my latte and it was fantastic but i got my toast and there was no bacon on it,it didn’t taste good either. service was a 5/10 we had a new guy take our order which was fine but the girl who made the food was very annoyed with us ordering it and gave a bad attitude.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts everyday and never have I been treated like this by a regular worker. Older woman who is there in the mornings everyday just blatantly ignoring me at the window. I tried to scan for points and she just didn’t listen to me. She took my card, ran it, and then once I finally got her attention she got upset that I was trying to scan for points after paying, when it was her fault that I couldn’t do it beforehand. She then opened the window about two minutes later and asked me “why are you still here?” when i hadn’t gotten my food or drink yet and my coffee was wrong. I have been to this Dunkin everyday this summer, you would think she would have a little more respect for someone who treats her kindly everyday.

Went there today and ordered a iced chi late with almond milk and a frozen chocolate. Received iced late and frozen coffee. I can’t even drink a regular late because espresso does not agree with my stomach and my daughter doesn’t like coffee.. Tried to call and no one answered. Great customer service..
