Nice potbelly sandwich shop. The skinny turkey avocado is very good. They toast it and you tell’em what you want on it. Chip bags a bit skimpy, i like Jimmy Johns kettle chips better. But the combo not a bad deal. The wood interior has a nice feel and they have local history and memorabilia throughout. Outdoor seating right next to it

This is in the old Chandler Inc building which used to be a stationary building in 1996. Pot Belly has been in this historical building and has been maintained well.
They serve you fast and offer a clean sandwich and soup. The only complaint is probably the sandwiches recently are not too soggy and haven’t been taken care of well.their cookies are great

a classic joint! rustic atmosphere, has Wi-Fi, food comes out in like 5 minutes, and it’s about $9 for a typical sandwich which is way more expensive than Subway but it does feel a bit more special.

They packed my order and “forgot” to put half of the food inside. Obviously no one checked the order nor the bag. I called I discovered the missing items and was told “oh yea, sorry we found the sandwiches after your driver picked up the order. contact Grubhub for a refund.” Clearly I wanted sandwiches, not the money. Maybe the workers wanted a free sandwich, I don’t know. If so, ENJOY THE SANDWICHES I PICKED OUT FOR YOU. What I do know is the service was terrible. Perhaps more diligence in checking orders for completeness is needed here.

I’m so happy with a catering order I placed for work this week. There was a last minute change and everyone was so accommodating and kind. Especially the GM, Wendy, who went above and beyond making sure I got receipts and was kept in the loop about the status of my order. However, everyone I worked with was so kind and hard working. I really like the aesthetic of this building along with the decor. Decided to give this particular location a try passing through Evanston recently. I’m glad I did, Aiden, Brent and Saffron greeted me with a smile ready to take my order, which is appreciated after a long day. I had the “Mama Meatball” and got the “Turkey Avocado” for my wife. My sandwich was great, crisp and just as I ordered, my wife really enjoyed hers as well. Thanks again guys! definitely coming back.
