The service was fast and my sandwich tasted fine, but it was a bit on the small side and could have used a bit more flavor – I went back to the counter and asked for extra sandwich spread, which helped.
The way it was prepared reminded me of food delivered for a work lunch meeting. It was wrapped up all nice and tidy in paper and plastic wrap, and came with a tear open pack with a napkin and plastic utensils inside.
Based on the signage, large delivery orders for businesses seem to be what they focus on, and that’s great if you are that target customer.
But if you’re just a person who wants to grab a satisfying sandwich that won’t remind you of being fed at work, then I think a different place could be better.
If you are gonna eat there, the place is in an industrial park, so the outside is ugly. But the inside dining area is big and appealing and clean with lots of cute signs and pictures on the walls, and they have both tables and counter seating.

In Salem for work and hungry this cafe popped up as an option. My luck! Lots of options on the menu. Seems they mainly do catering and to-go orders but there is a small dine in area. My sandwich was pretty good.

The food is good.
The issue is, I cannot support a business when the owner is just absolutely awful. Rude, condescending and viscous.
You can have a great business model but if your attitude is awful eventually that will fail. It makes since the majority of the business is order online and delivery, it would not last long if she had direct contact with a lot of her customers. I feel bad for her employees as well, a lot of them are younger and most likely to afraid to address the issue at hand.

This is our favorite little lunch spot!! It’s always delicious! The staff is always so sweet and welcoming!!! I only wish they were open a little longer because we love it so much!

I like this place and it has become my go to Friday lunch reward for making it through the week. The food is always fresh and the desserts are FANTASTIC. It is also super close to work so it is very convenient. I went 4 stars only because i cannot for the life of me figure out how to redeem my rewards when ordering. There seems to be no way to do it.

Absolutely adorable! Ordered food through doordash, food came in an adorable bag, packed like how you would for a picnic. Absolutely perfect lunch for a picnic at the park, it has everything you can think of packaged. The food was amazing and filling! I will definitely be ordering again! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This place is absolutely amazing. I’m going to be making my friend come down from out of state to come down to dine in at this place. I consider myself a sandwich connoisseur. I’ve worked for multiple sandwiches/sub shops, delis, bakeries. I’m also a full time mom, and don’t always get the time to cook. Sandwiches are my go to. This place is the best sandwiches shop I’ve ever had from presentation, to taste. Their ingredients are very high quality, their packaging is very thoughtful for not only presentation—keeping the food fresh. I will be visiting again in person. Only question I have is if they’re locally owned?

Rude cook, as a first time new customer to this place waiting in the cashier line to order, one of the female cooks had no business being rude to me asking me “what can I do for you and then quickly switching up asking me if I’m for pick up. I said I’m ordering, then she tells me if I’m going to order I need to order when the cashier is ready.” All with a bad attitude. I’ve been already in line waiting for my turn order. What the heck? Never going there in the future.

We ordered from Little Lois cafe for an office lunch and all loved it. It was great to have a wide variety of options for each individual person. The food was delicious (loved the desserts), and it was reasonably priced. They delivered it and we really appreciated the communication around scheduling the delivery. When the delivery arrived, they even set it out on our conference room table and lined the bags up nice- which shows them going above and beyond. We will definitely be ordering again!
