Reviews
Food quality drove the positive impression. The menu relied on straightforward preparation, and seasonings supported rather than overwhelmed the ingredients. Items arrived hot, with clear attention to presentation. Prices match the area and align with expectations for a neighborhood spot that aims for consistent, well-executed meals rather than novelty.
A four-star rating reflects strong culinary execution and freshness, with minor room for improvement in space and flow during busy periods.
For the main course, the buffalo tenders were tasty, with a classic tangy sauce, and the french fries were a decent accompaniment. It was a satisfying pub meal.
The atmosphere is definitely a plus, with a cozy American pub style inside. It’s also great that they offer an outside seating area.
A real bonus is how dog-friendly they are, offering a welcoming spot for pets with thoughtful touches like providing a bowl of ice water. Pet owners will certainly appreciate this.
Overall, it was a very pleasant visit to The Biltmore Bar & Grille. Decent food in a comfortable setting, and a commendable option if you’re looking for a place that accommodates dogs. Worth checking out.
The pretzel and dips were amazing and the hamburger blend was excellent!
Brussel sprouts….not the best.
The waffle fries were one of the best I’ve had.
Good selection of drinks
Table was in a weird spot where there’s no foot rail on part of the bench seating, makes legs fall asleep. Also super loud, very little noise insulation. Wish the waiter came by with water more often.
Really cool and interesting decor, decent music, if loud; and big TVs with sports if you like that sort of thing. Lots of seating but it is a very popular place, so I recommend a reservation especially if your party is greater than 2 people. That way even if you’re early you only have to wait a little and still get seated pretty quick.
They have a lot of drink options including a couple mocktails, I don’t drink so I can’t give an accurate opinion on their flavor.
We’ve only ever had this through UberEats, so I can’t really speak on the service inside or the atmosphere.
We’ve tried a variety of dishes, such as a range of burgers, fries, and the Caesar Salad. The Caesar salad was a bit underwhelming, but was pretty standard as far as salads go. The burgers are a bit expensive for the price, but was cooked well and went well with the fries. The mashed potatoes are buttery and taste really good, but ours didn’t come with a side of gravy? It doesn’t really need gravy though and tastes well on its own.
I will return with coworkers.
