This is by far the most unprofessional Little Caesar’s in all of Lenawee County, Michigan! They NEVER answer the phones. There’s always some type of crazy excuse. They’re unreliable for online orders as well and you risk waiting days for a refund. I tried calling to place an order over the phone for 36 minutes straight. They never answered. I walked into the store which was EMPTY called again while standing at the front desk. The manager in the back looked and the phone, and didn’t answer. Then she noticed I was standing at the counter. I told her that was me calling. She responded we are extremely busy? Where? It’s empty. They had zero joy and ready and they weren’t working on any previous orders. What a shame. Do better. I will pay double the price at Marco’s pizza down the round from now on.

The new people that took over this Little Caesar’s restaurant makes the best Little Caesar’s pizza I had in years. You can see from the counter. How the back is clean and organized. There’s sauce across the entire pizza this time. In the pizza stays together in the box like it should. It looks like it came out commercial. Wasn’t scared to eat the pizza this time. Lol
It was good, fast, and delicious. Customer service was helpful fast, efficient and quick. Is my new favorite Little Caesar’s restaurant to come to now.

***Raw pizza, unwashed hands***
Part of our order was given to the person in front of me. The employee admitted that the order I called ahead for was given away. He then lazily made our final pizza. The pizza came out raw and he pressed his unwashed and uncovered fingers into the pizza, went to the other employee to discuss. But, pressed for time, he then proceeded to box up the pizza, put it on the bottom of the stack and gave it to me.
I opened the box and confronted the employees and he acted like the pizza (pictured) was fine. When I relayed what I saw earlier he admitted to it.
This pizza was going to a group function where people would have gotten sick.
Neither Eric or Brad have returned my calls regarding the incident. And neither took a call from their employees when I sought to speak with a manager on site.
From the other 3 pizzas, 2 of them also had undercooked borderline raw crust and dough as well.
Hungry Howies opening later this year. LC won’t have a chance. Sad honestly. Lack of care from top to bottom.

I recently ordered the Crazy Puffs from your Tecumseh location and wanted to express my disappointment with the quality. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations and seemed like something I could have made at home. I believe this issue should be addressed, as I look forward to enjoying better quality from your establishment in the future.

Alright so I gave this place another chance. Once again they have disappointed. First why is there so much flour left on the crust? Who uses that much flour? Was this left over dough or something? I don’t understand. You guys should be absolutely ashamed to serve this to customers. This literally only happens when they have the kids working the store alone. Which I don’t understand either. Why are kids under 18 running a pizza shop on their own? That seems like a total code violation. Seriously do better. This is pathetic. I can’t even eat this. Thanks for ruining my lunch again and taking my hard earned money for this garbage you call pizza.

I ordered the half bread and half pizza and that’s not even what I got I got a half cheese pizza and half pepperoni. And iv been trying to call for over an hour with no answer don’t even know if it’s the right number. Normally it’s really good. But I’m at work so not like I can even go get it taken care of.

The pizza was pretty pitiful with about 2-3 inches of solid crust around the outside. The crazy bread was burnt and too crispy. I’d avoid this place if at all possible.
