A cozy place where you can sit and drink coffee. Unfortunately, there was nothing to go with the coffee. I think it would be nice to add croissants or something similar, especially since, in my opinion, the place is more suitable for breakfast, but there is nothing for breakfast.

We happened upon Terrain Taco after a great day skiing at Big Sky. And it was well worth it. The food was delicious and drinks were well priced. We had the beef and chicken tacos which were large and nicely spiced. Joanna the GM who was working the bar and food service that night was super friendly and attentive – she made great margaritas and old fashioneds! We look forward to going back on our next trip out to Big Sky!

Food was so so. Nachos with carnitas were above average. Green chile chicken tacos were essentially flavorless (tasted like canned green chiles—definitely not roasted fresh chiles). Food wasn’t very warm. Nice outdoor seating. Friendly service. But definitely room for improvement with the food. Needs some flavor and some warmer temps!

Very cozy and welcoming place in Big Sky! Many people don’t realize that it’s tucked away inside the Gravity Haus Big Sky. I’d have to say it’s even better than Tres Toros. The service was excellent, and Eric was a great server.

We had a great time visiting Terrain Taco Big Sky. I had the blackened shrimp tacos which were very good and my boyfriend had a burrito. Service was quick, food was fresh, and the manager, Joanna, was very professional and engaging with everyone.

This is not a traditional Mexican place. This is American tacos. They have a steak taco that tastes like a Philly cheese steak!! It was so good. For American food though, all food is seasoned and spiced up! The sitting area besides the bar and lobby is pretty dull. Just go for the food!

Disappointing. They messed up my to go order and when I came up to let them know, Max the server(apparently the supervisor) responded with some serious attitude and said something along the lines of “we don’t even serve that right now”. I kindly explained that it was the order I placed and he gave me more attitude like I must be crazy. So, I waited to talk to the server who actually took my order and he did acknowledge the mistake and said sorry he doesn’t know the menu so well.
Max was disrespectful, offered no resolution, and gaslit me. Mind you, I work locally in the service industry too, and am as kind as can be because I know what it’s like, but you guys—this was just unacceptable.

Very disappointing. Completely messed up the order, and when we kindly brought it to their attention, they said nope that’s how you ordered it. Once I showed them the receipt, they were apologetic, but with a rude attitude. Not at all a place I’d return to on that alone. The other burrito we got was easily 60% rice and no good, and the quesadilla, as others mention, was nearly empty. My kids didn’t even eat it, and they love quesadillas.

Totally bummed – we ordered ahead and they completed messed up our order. Rice and cream on the burrito when we asked for none. Then they didn’t have a phone number for us to reach out to. Big disappointment. The other two things we ordered were delicious and correct, however.
